  • Aiode

    Participated · Seed · Oct 2025

Aiode is a deep-tech music company that builds an AI-powered desktop platform to assist artists throughout the creative process. The software combines expressive, high-fidelity production technology with real musicianship, giving users precision control and AI-driven recommendations while preserving each artist’s stylistic intent. Founded by Idan Dobrecki and supported by Abbey Road REDD, the company works directly with musicians to generate detailed virtual versions of their performance styles. Aiode operates out of offices in Tel Aviv, London, and New York, positioning itself to serve a global user base. Recent funding is earmarked for completing product development, validating the beta release, and preparing for a worldwide rollout. No operating metrics such as revenue or user counts have been disclosed to date.

  • CorrActions

    Participated · Series A · Dec 2023

CorrActions has developed AI software that detects abnormalities in the cognitive state of drivers and passengers by analyzing micro muscle movements that reflect brain activity. The software uses existing human-motion sensors in vehicles, including steering wheels, in-cabin radars, seats and other devices. It can identify cognitive states such as intoxication, fatigue and distraction. The company says its solution is already being adopted in production vehicles by multiple automakers. CorrActions plans to use the new funding to accelerate that adoption. The company is led by CEO Ilan Reingold and was founded in 2019 by Dr. Eldad Hochman and Zvi Ginosar. CorrActions develops a platform that uses touch and motion sensors to noninvasively read users' cognitive states by decoding unconscious brain signals through body motion monitoring. Its proprietary algorithms analyze micro changes in muscular activity using sensors already embedded in devices such as smartwatches, smartphones, steering wheels and joysticks. The company says it can identify drowsiness, intoxication, fatigue and lapses in concentration and detect errors up to 150 milliseconds before they occur. CorrActions positions the system as use-case agnostic and is working on proofs of concept with automotive partners and on projects with the defense industry to assess pilot performance. The startup also sees potential applications for alerting athletes and the elderly to injury or fall risk. It will use the new funding to further develop its algorithms and support current deployment partners, especially in the automotive industry. The company is based out of OurCrowd’s Labs/02 incubator.

  • The Edit LDN

    Led · Seed · Jan 2023

The Edit LDN is a London-based platform selling sneakers, streetwear and collectibles from pre-vetted resellers, offering services like same-day UK shipping and a personal shopping team. Founder Moses Rashid started the business two years ago to deliver a luxury retail experience for sneakerheads. Revenue grew 525% year-over-year to $12 million in 2022; the company sold 20,000 pairs that year and works with about 3,500 active sellers. Its core tech includes a proprietary stack and a seller app that auto-applies margins, suggests prices using historical data and AI market tracking, and performs attribution tracking. Seller performance is monitored to unlock benefits such as lower fees, free storage and fulfillment, and access to concession stores; the platform already has concessions in Galeries Lafayette, Harvey Nichols and Harrods. An in-house authentication team performs visual, material, packaging, smell and UV/blacklight checks and can authenticate items every one to three minutes. The Edit LDN’s users are evenly split male/female, aged 18–40, with an average order value of $425 and repeat purchase frequency up to five times per month. The company plans to expand into the U.S. and MENA, broaden its product range and grow physical retail partnerships, targeting doubled revenue in 2023 and over $100 million within three years.

  • Ovo Automotive

    Led · Equity · Sep 2022

OVO Automotive is a Tel Aviv-based provider of “Vehicle Infotainment as a Service” that enables car fleet businesses to remotely control and personalize connected vehicle screens. Founded by Dr. Zlotkin Gilad, the company uses an original cloud-based app delivery method that is plug-and-play to existing infotainment systems and streams applications from the cloud to vehicle displays. Because applications are streamed rather than run on in-vehicle systems, OVO emphasizes that vehicle, driver and passenger safety and security are not compromised, and the solution operates independently of automakers and Apple/Google. OVO targets car rental, sharing, leasing, importers and dealers, allowing them to offer branded, localized and personalized in-vehicle experiences and to upsell services such as insurance, roadside assistance, maintenance, charging/fueling, parking and other location-based services. The company has filed patent applications for its cloud-based application streaming implementation and has partnered with four strategic companies to develop an automotive-grade solution, with some partners expected to become customers after development. Financially, OVO recently raised $3.5M in funding to support development and commercialization.

  • buywith

    Participated · Seed · May 2022

Buywith is a livestream shopping platform that lets retailers and brands host on-site livestream events featuring influencers, experts and brand representatives; it offers a “Shop With Me” screen-sharing component and initially required no app download or code integration. Founded in Israel in 2018 by Adi Ronen Almagor and Eyal Sinai, the company launched in the U.S. in 2021 and helped Walmart get up and running on its platform. Buywith works with brands such as MAC Cosmetics and is launching partnerships with Steve Madden and Charlotte Tilbury while opening offices in the U.K. to expand in Europe. The company reports an eight‑time increase in e‑commerce conversions, around a 40% session engagement rate and an average 10× return on investment, and says it generated "a few millions of dollars in ARR" after major growth last year. Buywith has grown from four employees during pilots to about 20 employees today. Future plans include building a self‑serve marketplace for brands to select vetted hosts and adding product features (including coin-based purchases and chances to go live with hosts) as it expands sales, marketing and R&D globally.
