Fingerprint for Success (F4S) offers a web-app that combines layered technology, data and conversational AI to help individuals and teams forecast motivations, behaviors and performance. Its Generative AI Coach, “Marlee,” is a core product focus and the company plans to accelerate its development. F4S aims to make real-time personal and team insights and coaching accessible via third-party integrations within work and collaboration platforms such as Slack and Zoom. The company is led by CEO and founder Michelle Duval and is based in Sydney, Australia. F4S reports usage by more than 20,000 organizations, including teams from Atlassian, HubSpot, AWS, KPMG, Canva and Baraja. The new funding will be used primarily to advance product development and integrations for Marlee.
