  • SkySelect

    Led · Equity · Mar 2026

SkySelect operates a specialised AI marketplace that matches aviation part requests with optimal suppliers from a global network of thousands of vendors, giving airlines real-time visibility into parts availability and pricing. The platform streamlines end-to-end procurement through integrations with major ERP providers, allowing just-in-time purchasing that lessens the need for costly safety stock. Since launch the company has processed more than $6 billion in transactions, including $1.3 billion in 2025 alone, and is currently landing roughly one new major airline customer each month, with recent wins such as JetBlue, Sun Country Airlines, Air Transport Services Group, Widerøe, and Vueling. By reducing shipments up to 30 %, SkySelect helps customers cut logistics costs and carbon emissions while mitigating the estimated $30 billion annual impact of aircraft-on-ground incidents. The Estonian-founded firm addresses a market where airlines spend about $40 billion on parts yet still hold roughly $50 billion in excess inventory. With fresh capital, SkySelect plans to deepen its AI sourcing and optimisation capabilities and expand headcount across product development, data science, and customer success teams in its U.S., India, and Estonia offices.

  • Metafuels

    Participated · Series A · Feb 2026

Metafuels develops sustainable aviation fuel by converting renewable methanol into drop-in jet fuel using its proprietary methanol-to-jet process, aerobrew. The company is advancing the Turbe project—through subsidiary Metafuels Nederland B.V.—as the first commercial deployment of aerobrew, to be sited at the Evos terminal in the Port of Rotterdam. Metafuels received a €1.92 million grant to fund FEED, permitting, commercial preparation, and activities toward a final investment decision. The company targets initial production from 2030 and positions the Rotterdam facility as a blueprint for future large-scale plants to scale synthetic fuel production in Europe. Metafuels highlights compatibility of its product with existing aircraft and infrastructure and alignment with emerging regulatory frameworks such as ReFuelEU Aviation.

  • Forge Nano

    Led · Equity · Apr 2025

Forge Nano develops Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) technology via its Atomic Armor platform, a scalable nano-scale coating system intended to improve performance of semiconductor devices and battery materials. The company is positioned to serve AI-era chip manufacturing and defense battery applications and has described its offerings as advanced surface coatings that unlock peak performance. Forge Nano is based in Denver and has entered into a merger agreement with Archimedes Tech SPAC Partners II to pursue a NASDAQ listing. The company recently closed a $97 million Series D and secured $123 million in PIPE commitments (including a recent $23 million tranche), with strategic participation from Samsung SDI and Horizons Ventures. Upon closing the proposed business combination, Forge Nano would have substantial pro forma cash (over $367 million assuming no redemptions) to fund commercialization and domestic manufacturing expansion. The company intends to use the proceeds to accelerate deployment of its ALD semiconductor equipment platform and expand production of advanced lithium-ion battery materials.

  • Renewance

    Led · Series A · Apr 2024

Renewance is a Chicago-based battery lifecycle services platform serving the ESS and EV sectors. • Green COP

    Participated · Series B · Feb 2024

INERATEC develops modular chemical plants for Power-to-X and gas-to-liquid applications that convert renewable hydrogen and CO2 into drop-in e-fuels (e-kerosene, CO2-neutral gasoline, clean diesel) and synthetic chemicals (waxes, methanol, SNG). Founded in 2016, the company focuses on decarbonizing hard-to-abate industries such as aviation, shipping, road transport, and chemicals. It has raised over $129 million in a Series B to scale up production and begin mass manufacturing of industrial-scale Power-to-X units. INERATEC is already building its largest factory to date in Frankfurt and is expanding via projects in the Netherlands and Chile. Management says the planned expansion will increase production roughly 1,500-fold and could recycle more than 12,000,000 metric tons of CO2 annually. The financing is intended to accelerate mass production and global deployment of its modular plants to meet rising demand for drop-in e-fuels.
