  Cytrio offers a SaaS privacy rights management platform built on AI-led data discovery and automated response workflows. It targets mid-market and small-to-medium companies that struggle with first-generation privacy tools due to cost, deployment complexity and time to value. The platform is designed to help customers comply with emerging privacy legislation in California, Virginia and Colorado. The founding team includes CEO Vijay Basani (previous founder of WebManage Technologies, AppIQ and Cygilant) and chief privacy officer Pankaj Parekh (formerly at Zscaler and Microsoft), and the team reports more than 50 years of combined data, privacy and security experience. Cytrio raised a $3.5 million seed round that values the company at “north of $10 million” and will use the proceeds to expand its team, validate the product and grow revenue. The company plans to increase headcount from 23 to more than 40 employees over the next 12 months and target annual recurring revenue of more than $250,000.
