EXO launched in summer 2023 as an app designed to motivate and reward indoor sports participants. The product combines curated content, gamification mechanics, and a strong community focus to promote a more playful, lifestyle approach to exercise. Founders Bérénice Marmonier and Bastien Lachambre set out to boost regular sport practice and engagement. Within a year EXO signed 250 partner gyms and gathered a community of more than 80,000 practitioners. These operating metrics underpin the company’s early traction and public positioning. EXO has completed its first fundraising round to support its next phase of development.
