  • NeoCem

    Participated · Equity · Jul 2026

NeoCem commercializes NeoFlash, an argile calcinée (calcined clay) product designed to replace part of clinker in cement formulations and cut associated CO2 emissions by as much as 90% in specific substitutions. The company uses a proprietary, high-efficiency flash-calcination process and recycles clays sourced from construction and demolition waste. NeoCem operates an industrial plant in Saint-Maximin (Hauts-de-France) and plans to scale that facility to 200,000 tonnes of NeoFlash production per year while recycling 300,000 tonnes of clays. The technology is described as mature and ready for large-scale deployment, and the offer already attracts interest from major construction firms. Financially, NeoCem recently raised €17 million from Crédit Mutuel Impact and a consortium of regional investors and banks, supplementing prior support from historical investors and the EU Innovation Fund to fund industrial expansion and commercial development.

  • Naturel Kid

    Led · Equity · Jun 2026

Naturel Kid operates a network of micro-crèches and, at the time of reporting, ran five establishments across the Lille metro area and Normandy. The company was founded by Frédéric Curier and Ludivine Mouquet, who previously led the Bio Crèche network sold in 2018 to Les Petits Chaperons Rouges. In October 2025 Naturel Kid received ESUS accreditation, formalizing its social-economy commitments. The group is pursuing growth through acquisitions of additional micro-crèches and plans territorial expansion in Hauts-de-France and Normandy. To support that expansion it raised €400,000 from Finorpa and Sopromec Participations to reinforce management, quality functions, and external growth. The founders have positioned the group to scale from its current five sites into a regional network of reference.

  • Réempro

    Participated · Equity · Jun 2026

Founded in 2021 and based in Sequedin, Réempro operates across the full reuse chain: diagnostics, selective deconstruction, waste management, reconditioning and resale of second‑hand materials and equipment. Roughly 70% of its activity comes from reuse of building materials (sanitaryware, bricks, technical floors) while the remainder is from reconditioning and resale of professional furniture for banks, offices and architect firms. The company reported about €2 million of revenue in 2025 across France and Belgium, employs 12 direct staff plus 60 deployed operators, and aims to reach €15 million in revenue within four years. Planned expansion includes a new reconditioning center in Val‑de‑Fontenay and investment in new industrial lines for bricks and sanitary products, alongside a plan to double staff to support growth.

  • Groupe Kovan

    Participated · Equity · Nov 2025

Founded in 2021 in Arras, Groupe Kovan acts as a single interlocutor for private individuals undertaking home-renovation or extension projects, handling contractor selection, paperwork and subsidy searches. The company earns revenue by charging a commission to the chosen construction firms, a fee that does not affect the customer’s price. After piloting its concept in-house, Kovan began national expansion via franchising in 2024 and already counts 13 franchises. Management targets at least 50 franchises by the end of 2027 and 100 longer-term, aiming for €4 million in consolidated revenue within five years. The 15-person startup reports breakeven in 2024, giving it a solid base for expansion. Current funds will be used to build internal teams, strengthen the legal structure of the franchise network and accelerate nationwide rollout. The company’s name, derived from the Turkish word for “beehive,” underscores its role at the center of an ecosystem of local building professionals.
