The company, which manages €50M, invests in companies that have developed innovative offers in the following target sectors: Information and Communication Technology, Health and Biotechnologies, Agro-resources and Ecotechnologies.     Mariloo is a Lille-based software publisher that builds a cloud platform dedicated to simplifying planning for more than 140,000 public and parapublic establishments in France and Belgium. The solution centralises scheduling of rooms, equipment and human resources, claiming to save up to one week of administrative time per agent each month. Incubated at Euratechnologies and founded by Mehdi En Asseri, the start-up already counts 10,000 users who have planned over one million events on the platform. Over the last twelve months, order intake has tripled, and the company employs roughly ten people, though it does not disclose revenue figures. Fresh capital will be directed toward expanding the sales force, accelerating product development and structuring customer success operations. With these resources, Mariloo aims to secure the leading position in the French public-sector planning market.

    Founded in 2022 in Troyes, PikkoPay offers a lightweight Scan&Go solution that lets customers scan a QR code at a store entrance, use their phones to register and pay for items, and exit via a fast-track lane. The platform is already deployed in more than 30 points of sale across Hauts-de-France and the Grand Est, including 25 Match supermarkets as well as several Carrefour Market and Intermarché locations. Retailers report an average checkout time of just 14 seconds per customer and a sharply rising Net Promoter Score. By keeping cashiers on site, the system aims to smooth peak-hour traffic without fully automating stores. Fresh off a €1.5 million capital raise, the company plans a nationwide rollout by 2027 and expects to launch dedicated iOS and Android apps by the end of 2025. The funds also bolster its partnerships with Station F and EuraTech Lille as it scales. No revenue figures have been disclosed.

    Dianosic is a biotechnology company specializing in nasal drug-delivery solutions, notably a biorésorbable nasal implant. The implant is designed to treat chronic allergic rhinitis and rhinosinusitis. The company is also developing nose-to-brain delivery approaches aimed at neurological diseases such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. Dianosic announced a €7 million fundraising to accelerate its clinical and industrial development. The round is led by Aptar (Illinois), a global leader in drug-delivery systems, with participation from Noshaq (Liège), Capital Grand Est (Strasbourg) and Finovam Gestion (Lille). Co-founder and president Philippe Bastide said the financing validates the technology and will speed the company’s clinical and industrial progress. Dianosic develops therapeutic solutions for debilitating ENT conditions, including the ARIS family of treatments and the commercial CAVI-T device. The company intends to use new funding to finance a preclinical in vivo study and to launch a phase I clinical trial of its ARIS-R solution for chronic allergic rhinitis. In parallel it will continue developing ARIS-S for chronic sinusitis and explore other ENT applications. Dianosic also plans to use the funds to enhance the technical capability of its team. The company co-founded by Marc Augustin and CEO Philippe Bastide counts Prof. Christian Debry as scientific advisor. Its CAVI-T asymmetrical intranasal balloon is CE-marked, FDA-registered, and has been commercially available in Europe and the Middle East since 2021. Dianosic develops innovative medical devices for the management of ENT conditions. Its core product is CAVI-T, an asymmetrical intranasal balloon for hemostasis that stops spontaneous or postoperative nasal bleeding with low-pressure compression; CAVI-T was CE-marked in February 2020 and is patent-protected in France with planned coverage in Europe, the US, Japan and China. The company is also developing the Active Resorbable Intranasal Scaffold (ARIS) to deliver steroids for long-term (12-month) management of chronic sinusitis without requiring prior surgery. Dianosic intends to use its new funding to support the European launch of CAVI-T and to pursue ARIS development. The company was founded in July 2017 by Marc Augustin, Philippe Bastide and Pr Christian Debry and is incubated by SEMIA with support from the Grand Est regional ecosystem. Financially, Dianosic closed a first funding round of more than €1.5M in a mix of capital and non-dilutive funding.

    KaryonFood is a Dijon-based French foodtech founded in 2020 by Claire Guillet and Florian Ribeiro. It provides a SaaS platform that collects and analyzes sell-out data from cash registers and warehouse exits to give industrial food companies better visibility on product performance and distribution. The platform centralizes data from retail distributors such as E.Leclerc, Auchan, Monoprix and Carrefour, and from food-service distributors including Metro, Transgourmet and France Frais. The solution launched commercially in 2023 after four years of R&D and has since been adopted by more than 40 brands, including Bel, Lotus, Panzani, Pierre Martinet and MBPack. KaryonFood recently raised €1.3M, exceeding an initial €500k target; the round involved investors such as Finovam Gestion and Strong Hands and included a Tudigo crowdfunding campaign that collected over €900k. The company plans to use the funds to accelerate growth, reinforce its market position and expand in mainland France and internationally to contribute to sustainable food-system resilience.
