- K-REN
Led · Equity · May 2026
K Ren designs and manufactures submerged textile hull covers intended to limit biofouling by preventing photosynthesis and the growth of microorganisms, avoiding the diffusion of biocides. Founded in 2020 and based in Mauguio (Hérault), the company produces its covers in France from domestically sourced materials. K Ren targets boats that remain long at berth and those sensitive to hull performance, and it highlights fuel- and performance-related benefits from cleaner hulls. The company plans to use the €1.2M raised to industrialise production and scale commercial deployment. Its fundraising included institutional and angel investors as well as a participative campaign that collected over €120,000 from existing users, including noted sailors who have tested the product.
- Lisaqua
Participated · Debt Financing · Apr 2026
Founded in 2018 by Charlotte Schoelinck and Gabriel Boneu, Lisaqua operates a pilot on-land shrimp farm in Saint-Herblain that has been active since 2022. The company uses systems of natural filtration to raise shrimp without antibiotics or sulfites while reducing resource consumption and avoiding impacts on tropical mangroves and coastal ecosystems. Lisaqua completed an equity raise of more than €9M in H2 2025 and has now secured €14.5M in bank financing to scale. The funding package includes a €10.5M Blue Loan and a €4M Prêt Nouvelle Industrie from Bpifrance. Proceeds will finance construction of an industrial farm in Monthyon, Seine-et-Marne, slated to begin operations at the end of 2026. The new site is expected to produce about 100 tonnes of shrimp per year.

- Anodine
Participated · Equity · Jan 2026
Anodine is a Gières-based cleantech startup that has developed an industrial process to upcycle and recharge electrolyzer electrodes, reducing the need for rare metals by half. The technology stems from ten years of research at Université Grenoble Alpes and the CNRS and is designed to lessen European dependence on Chinese-supplied electrodes while curbing global waste. With a seven-person team, the company plans to install a pilot line capable of producing 200,000 electrodes annually and to expand its commercial organization. Management’s longer-term goal is to become the leading European provider of sustainable electrodes for the hydrogen industry. In January 2026 Anodine closed a €2.5 million first funding round to finance the pilot facility and accelerate go-to-market efforts. The startup, founded in 2024, projects €2.5 million in revenue by 2027 as it moves from pilot to scaled production.
