  • NeoCem

    Participated · Equity · Jul 2026

NeoCem commercializes NeoFlash, an argile calcinée (calcined clay) product designed to replace part of clinker in cement formulations and cut associated CO2 emissions by as much as 90% in specific substitutions. The company uses a proprietary, high-efficiency flash-calcination process and recycles clays sourced from construction and demolition waste. NeoCem operates an industrial plant in Saint-Maximin (Hauts-de-France) and plans to scale that facility to 200,000 tonnes of NeoFlash production per year while recycling 300,000 tonnes of clays. The technology is described as mature and ready for large-scale deployment, and the offer already attracts interest from major construction firms. Financially, NeoCem recently raised €17 million from Crédit Mutuel Impact and a consortium of regional investors and banks, supplementing prior support from historical investors and the EU Innovation Fund to fund industrial expansion and commercial development.

  • Younited

    Participated · Equity · Jul 2015

Younited is a fintech focused on originating personal and consumer loans, primarily in France and Italy. The company runs a digital lending platform that allows it to extend unsecured consumer credit while funding the loans through a mix of retail deposits and structured finance facilities. Its strategy includes regularly refinancing its loan book via public asset-backed securities (ABS) transactions. By combining retail funding with capital-markets instruments, Younited aims to grow its lending capacity and capture market share from traditional banks. Management believes this approach will benefit from Europe’s push to expand credit availability and deepen the securitisation market. The firm’s latest financing underscores its intention to maintain a flexible balance sheet and diversify funding sources.
