Founded in 2023, Aboon is a modern, AI-driven third-party administration (TPA) platform focused on simplifying workplace retirement plans for financial advisors and the business owners they serve. Its software combines AI automations, intuitive digital workflows and real-time human expertise to generate plan proposals in minutes and onboard new 401(k) plans in just a few days, a process that traditionally takes weeks or months. The company partners with national advisory firms such as Edward Jones and has already reached tens of thousands of advisors, as well as recordkeepers including Capital Group, Empower and Manulife John Hancock. Advisors using Aboon report faster setup, greater pricing transparency and higher client satisfaction. With new capital, Aboon intends to deepen product automation, broaden its range of supported retirement products and expand integrations with additional advisory firms. The New York-based startup was co-founded by CEO Nick Gavronsky and retirement-industry veteran Amy Ouellette. No revenue figures were disclosed, but the company positions itself as critical infrastructure at a time when 43% of U.S. businesses with fewer than 100 employees still lack a workplace retirement plan.
