  • Qodo

    Participated · Series B · Mar 2026

Qodo builds AI agents that review, test and govern code by reasoning about how changes affect entire systems and factoring in organizational standards, historical context, and risk tolerance. The company emphasizes system-level verification rather than just focusing on diffs, positioning its technology to address trust and reliability gaps in AI-generated code. Qodo launched Qodo 2.0, a multi-agent code review system, and introduced tools that learn each organization’s definition of code quality. It ranked No. 1 on Martian’s Code Review Bench with a 64.3% score, outperforming competitors on tricky logic bugs and cross-file issues. The startup was founded in 2022 by Itamar Friedman and is headquartered in New York. Qodo counts customers such as NVIDIA, Walmart, Red Hat, Intuit, Texas Instruments, Monday.com, and JFrog.

  • Reco

    Participated · Series B · Feb 2026

Reco builds an AI SaaS security platform whose proprietary AI Agents continuously monitor enterprise SaaS environments such as Salesforce, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot. The software surfaces real-time insights into permissions, data movement, and unsanctioned “shadow AI” tools, helping security teams mitigate risk. Its AppFactory technology underpins more than 215 out-of-the-box integrations, allowing rapid onboarding of additional cloud applications. Following a 400% increase in annual recurring revenue during 2025, the company now counts multiple Fortune 500 firms and global enterprises in healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing—among them Waste Management—as customers. Reco plans to deploy fresh capital to expand engineering, product, and go-to-market teams, aiming to accelerate platform development and sales reach. Including the newly announced round, the New York City-based startup has raised a cumulative $85 million to date.

  • Mesh Security

    Participated · Series A · Jan 2026

Mesh Security has developed what it calls the first Cybersecurity Mesh Architecture (CSMA) platform, acting as an execution layer that sits above and connects existing identity, endpoint, data, cloud, SaaS, network and CI/CD security tools. Operating without agents or rip-and-replace requirements, the platform consolidates visibility, context and control so security teams can move from manual, tool-specific operations to system-driven exposure elimination. Deployed in complex production environments, Mesh already integrates with leading security vendors such as SentinelOne and is used by enterprises like Paychex to identify and close critical security gaps. Gartner’s CSMA framework is driving board-level demand for this type of “platformization,” and Mesh aims to capitalize on that momentum. The newly raised capital will fund further development of autonomous, cross-domain remediation capabilities and expand sales and customer support. Headquartered in Palo Alto with operations in Tel Aviv, the company is focused on enabling security teams to execute rather than simply observe threats.

  • Echo

    Participated · Series A · Dec 2025

Echo builds an AI-native operating system layer for cloud workloads by supplying CVE-free container base images that are reconstructed from scratch with only essential components. Proprietary AI agents autonomously research new vulnerabilities, generate patches, and maintain a catalog of more than 600 hardened images, allowing a 35-person team to cover work that would traditionally require hundreds of engineers. Enterprises such as Varonis, EDB, and UiPath already run production workloads on Echo images, gaining drop-in replacements for standard Docker assets that typically carry thousands of vulnerabilities. The founders, Eilon Elhadad and Eylam Milner, previously sold supply-chain-security startup Argon to Aqua Security for $100 million and have roots in Israel’s elite Unit 8200. Echo positions its platform as the secure foundation for the growing wave of AI-generated code and the accelerating AI-driven threat landscape. To date, the company has raised $50 million in venture funding, most recently adding a $35 million Series A round. The company operates out of New York and intends to scale its secure-by-design image catalog and expand enterprise adoption.

  • PsiQuantum

    Participated · Series E · Sep 2025

Founded in 2016, PsiQuantum develops photonic quantum computers and fabricates its chips with GlobalFoundries in New York. The company pursues a photonics-based architecture intended to address scalability for industrial-scale quantum machines. PsiQuantum has stated a goal of operating its first commercial‑scale machine around 2030. Financially, it raised $1.0 billion at a $7.0 billion valuation in a round led by BlackRock, Temasek and Baillie Gifford, with participation from Nvidia’s venture arm, and it has secured multiple government engagements including DARPA awards and potential CHIPS support. Recent corporate changes include naming Victor Peng as permanent CEO and adding Intel CEO Lip‑Bu Tan to the board, alongside new hires from Sandisk and Synopsys. The company’s near-term roadmap and technology will be externally evaluated under DARPA’s program, which aims to determine viability toward a 2033 industrial-scale target.
