    Shinkansen builds a single API integration layer that connects banks and fintechs across Latin America, using AI to automate operations, prevent fraud and provide cryptographic traceability of transactional messages. The company emphasizes a regulatory-first model and states it does not touch client funds, positioning itself as middleware between financial institutions. Founders include CEO Leo Soto, cofounder Francisco Larraín and CTO Ubaldo Taladriz. Early customers include fintechs Xepelin, Buk and Buda, plus brokers, insurers and retail chains. With the $3 million seed raise led by ALLVP, Shinkansen plans to expand its bank integrations and commercial footprint into Mexico, Peru and other Latin American markets.

The company began in Piura and now operates in Peru (Piura and Lima) and in Mexico, including Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey. It reports rapid, exponential growth, a team of over 60 people, and recurrent revenue-generating partnerships with allied restaurants and couriers. Manzana Verde has received incubation and acceleration support, including a $50,000 UTEC Ventures award and winning Seedstars Peru in 2019. With the recent $1.5M Seed raise, the company plans to triple order volume, accelerate growth in Mexico and enter additional cities over the next 12 months.

    Founded in 2017, Prestamype offers digital credit and factoring services to Peruvian mipymes and operates a digital exchange, Cambio Seguro. Since launch it has disbursed more than US$650 million to finance SMEs; in 2025 it reported US$319 million in factoring disbursements (a 163% increase year-over-year) and reached breakeven two years prior. Cambio Seguro executed over 67,000 operations with US$700 million transacted in 2025. The company states that mortgage-backed loans and factoring generate over 90% of the holding’s revenues and projects ambitious growth for 2026 (US$85 million in loan disbursements and US$632 million in factoring operations). To support growth, Prestamype is creating a SAFI, pursuing additional institutional debt lines, evaluating new products (unsecured loans and leasing), expanding its physical presence in Peruvian cities, and targeting international expansion to Colombia and Mexico; it is also planning a US$10–15 million Series A.

Its technology parses technical requirements, matches them with real-time pricing and inventory from more than 50 vendors, and bundles acquisition, pricing, credit and logistics into one digital workflow. Year-to-date in 2025, the platform has processed over US$50 million in quotations, served 500 contractors and completed more than 1,400 deliveries across 12 Peruvian regions. The company has also extended over US$7 million in purchase financing through an emerging fintech arm that leverages granular project data to assess risk. Management intends to invest further in technology, artificial intelligence and product to create a simple, reliable “all-in-one” experience for builders. Plans for 2025 include 8× revenue growth, expansion into new material categories and initial pilot programs in Mexico.

    Finnecto provides an AI-driven SaaS platform that automates purchase requests, approvals, invoices, supplier communications, and supplier management, and integrates with ERP systems via a supplier portal. The product targets enterprise workflows around purchasing and payment automation and is used across industries including insurance, financial services, technology, and logistics. The company operates in Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Mexico. Finnecto plans to use new funding to expand across Latin America, invest in R&D, grow its sales and engineering teams, and build a scalable, secure product architecture. The company was founded by Ariel and Vicente. Financially, Finnecto completed a $1.7M pre-seed raise in June 2025 to support its expansion and product development.
