- Meld
Participated · Equity · Jan 2026
Meld operates the largest network for accessing digital assets and stablecoins, allowing fintechs, developers and merchants to swap more than 150 fiat currencies for any stablecoin or token through a simple app integration. The platform supports global payouts, remittances and cross-border trade settlement in over 180 countries, leveraging card, local payment and virtual-account bank rails. It also enables onboarding to native blockchains such as Ethereum and Solana to facilitate trading and investment for crypto-native users. Meld partners with industry leaders including Uniswap, Phantom and Metamask to provide instant, secure and compliant connectivity between traditional finance and digital assets. With more than 50 partners worldwide, the company is positioning itself as critical infrastructure bridging fiat and crypto ecosystems. Meld has raised $15 million to date, resources it is channeling into expanding the Meld Network, scaling sales, and bolstering customer success and operational capabilities.
- Acurast
Participated · Equity · Nov 2025
Acurast is building the first decentralised physical infrastructure network (DePIN) that leverages billions of smartphones to create a global mesh of secure, verifiable computing power. By running workloads inside hardware-verified enclaves on consumer phones, the platform offers tamper-resistant and privacy-preserving computation at scale, eliminating the need for traditional data centers. The project has demonstrated strong traction on its incentivised testnet, onboarding more than 146,443 phones, processing over 85,784 deployments and 489 million on-chain transactions, and creating 179,000 on-chain accounts. Its Genesis Mainnet and native $ACU token are slated to go live on 17 November 2025, opening the network for public use. Future plans include expanding the “Cloud Rebellion” program to further grow device participation and reward contributors. Financially, the company has secured $11 million to date through a mix of non-dilutive grants and token-based rounds, including an oversubscribed $5.4 million public token sale on CoinList. Founder Alessandro De Carli and a roster of high-profile backers position Acurast to capitalise on rising demand for distributed, confidential compute.
- Beamable
Participated · Series A · Feb 2025
Beamable builds decentralized infrastructure for gaming and provides an open, extensible game server platform. The platform lets developers create online games and virtual worlds in minutes and quickly add player auth, analytics, social, commerce, inventory, content management, meta-game features, GenAI and Web3 capabilities. The company is led by CEO Jon Radoff. Beamable plans to develop and scale its Network, a decentralized physical infrastructure network (DePIN) intended to redefine how backend infrastructure for games is built and operated. It raised $13.5M in Series A financing to fund development and scaling of the Network. The company is based in Boston, MA. Beamable provides a Software-as-a-Service platform that helps game makers continuously operate, update, monetize and socialize their games. The platform is integrated with the Unity 3D engine, enabling developers to focus on creativity and differentiation. Led by CEO Jon Radoff, the company has signed up over 100 game studios since last year. Over 20 million users have accessed games built on Beamable, resulting in $150M in revenue transacted through the platform. Beamable raised approximately $5M in an equity funding round and intends to use the proceeds to expand operations and its business reach. The company is based in Boston, MA. Disruptor Beam builds franchise-based mobile games, including Game of Thrones Ascent (2013) and Star Trek Timelines. The company says revenue grew more than 300% last year, driven largely by Timelines, and over 15 million people have played its games. It plans to keep developing existing titles and launch new franchise games currently in development. Next up is The Walking Dead: March to War, a multiplayer strategy game scheduled for release sometime in 2017. Leadership also plans to use funding to build out a publishing platform for marketing, customer acquisition and support. The team is monitoring the impact of the new Star Trek Discovery TV show and may incorporate elements from the show into Timelines.
- Hyperbridge
Led · Seed · Nov 2024
Hyperbridge is a Polkadot rollup and a cryptoeconomic coprocessor for secure, verifiable interoperability, providing on-chain and off-chain SDKs for cross-chain messaging (POST) and storage reads (GET). The project has launched its mainnet and the Gateway Token Bridge, enabling secure, scalable cross-chain token transfers, messaging, and state queries. It integrates with ecosystems including Ethereum, Optimism, Arbitrum, Base, BNB Chain, zkVerify, Gnosis, and Bifrost, positioning the protocol for adoption by developers, DAOs, and DeFi projects. Hyperbridge sold over 52 million of its 100 million-token supply in an Initial Relayer Offering (IRO) and has extended the IRO deadline to February 28, 2025; the Token Generation Event is scheduled for Q1 2025. Early participants claimed a 50% bonus and a remaining 15% bonus is still available, indicating strong early demand. The BRIDGE token will be used to pay minimal transaction fees for cross-chain messages, storage queries, and state reads; fees fund incentives and rewards for relayers and block producers, the token is planned to have zero inflation, and it will also be used for governance. Hyperbridge is a blockchain interoperability protocol that launched its mainnet on Polkadot to enable secure, scalable, and verifiable cross‑chain communication. Developed by Polytope Labs, Hyperbridge ships native support for Ethereum, Optimism, Arbitrum, Base, BNB Chain, and Gnosis, and provides on‑chain and off‑chain SDKs for messaging and storage reads. At launch it introduces Gateway, a token bridge plus arbitrary message passing and state query tooling that displaces multisig-based authentication with zk-proofs, zk-light clients, and storage proofs to achieve finality‑based security. The project completed two testnet cycles that processed more than 600,000 cross‑chain messages and enlisted 66 independent relayers, metrics cited to validate network robustness. Target use cases include non‑custodial native bridges, cross‑chain intents, multichain expansion for stablecoins, real‑world assets, DAO governance tokens, and other DeFi applications. Financially, Hyperbridge closed a $2.5M seed round led by the Web3 Foundation and Scytale Digital prior to the mainnet launch.
- Centrifuge
Participated · Series A · Apr 2024
Centrifuge builds a middleware stack for tokenization, covering token issuance, asset management and onchain composability while abstracting institutional-grade technical complexity. Its deRWA framework on Base aims to wrap institutional assets into tokens that can interact with DeFi where legally permitted. A flagship example is deSPXA, a tokenized exposure to an Anemoy S&P 500 fund created with S&P Dow Jones Indices and managed by Janus Henderson. Centrifuge has worked with clients such as Apollo, Janus Henderson and S&P Dow Jones Indices to tokenize complex assets. The company is positioned to help managers, originators, fintechs and DeFi protocols launch vaults without building infrastructure from scratch. As part of the Coinbase strategic investment and Preferred Tokenization Infrastructure designation, Centrifuge seeks to scale distribution and liquidity for tokenized assets while maintaining compliance constraints (noting offerings like deSPXA are limited to non-U.S. eligible investors under Regulation S).
