Unifimoney provides a digital wealth management platform that enables community banks and credit unions to offer investment services to their customers. The platform supports trading of more than 70 cryptocurrencies, passive and active investing in thousands of stocks and ETFs, and trading in precious metals including gold, silver and platinum. It integrates with financial-institution core providers such as Jack Henry & Associates and Q2. The company plans to use new funding to expand coverage of alternative assets including collectables, sports memorabilia and NFTs, and to offer a full suite of retirement accounts with both traditional and alternative-asset IRAs. Roadmap items also include an investment-rewards credit card that would let bank and credit-union customers earn points redeemable for investable assets like crypto, stocks and gold. The company was founded in 2019 and is led by CEO Ben Soppitt and CTO Ed Cortis.
