Ellipse Bikes designs and manufactures bicycles intended as everyday vehicles, emphasizing simplicity, robustness and suitability for regular cyclists. The company operates a B2B leasing offer that already contributes roughly 40% of its revenue and counts clients such as CMA CGM, Crédit Agricole and Dassault Systèmes. Ellipse currently sells through a network of 30 resellers and plans to expand that network to 100 points of sale within two years. It is based in the Aube and employs around 15 people. Management states a mission of restoring the bicycle as the primary household vehicle. The company has raised €1.5 million in its most recent round to support these expansion plans.

- Luniwave
Participated · Equity · Apr 2026
Luniwave develops an in-room technology suite—smart sensors combined with a gamification platform called GreenMiles—that measures guest behaviors (shorter showers, reduced heating, declined daily housekeeping) and rewards eco-responsible actions. The company has been deployed in about a hundred hotels, including major groups such as Accor, B&B Hotels, Marriott and Best Western, and reports measurable reductions in water, energy and service consumption. Luniwave aims to scale to 800 hotels and attract 15 million users annually by 2027, and to save over one billion liters of water within that timeframe. Financially, it raised €3.6 million in the latest round which mixed institutional, impact and citizen capital, while some early seed investors (Campus Fund and Insavalor) exited and historic partners reinvested. Recent impact metrics for 2025 include saving more than 20 million liters of water, avoiding over 100 tonnes of CO₂ and enabling access to potable water for more than 2,000 people via its partnership with Made Blue Foundation.
- Stairling
Participated · Equity · Feb 2026
Stairling is a French startup that re-imagines work for ride-hailing drivers by enrolling them as "entrepreneurs salariés," giving them both flexibility and the social benefits of salaried employment. Its platform integrates with major VTC marketplaces such as Uber, Heetch, Bolt, Freenow and Allocab while supplying drivers with data and AI tools to maximize earnings. The company already counts over 1,200 active drivers and has another 1,200 in onboarding, making it the largest activity and employment cooperative in France; management targets more than 3,500 drivers by 2026. Stairling reports monthly growth and financial profitability. With new capital, the team will scale national commercial operations, deepen its technology stack, create tailored financial services for platform workers and prepare to enter additional European markets within 18 months. Key hires across product, tech and operations are also planned to support this expansion.
- Revalo
Participated · Equity · Jan 2026
Founded in 2022, Revalo operates an intermediation platform that helps companies recover and resell their dormant laptops and other IT assets to a vetted European network of refurbishers. The service includes logistics, resale, and a carbon-footprint report that companies can integrate into extra-financial disclosures, addressing regulatory pressures such as REEN, AGEC and CSRD. To date, the company has revalorized more than 12,000 devices, avoiding an estimated 2,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions, and it is experiencing growth projected at over 250 % from 2024 to 2025. Clients already include Arte, Cegos, McDonald’s France, Balmain, Côté Sushi, Planity and Vinci Facilities, indicating demand across multiple industries. Revalo is currently active in several European countries—including the U.K., Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Belgium—and aims to become the default B2B player for IT asset take-back in France. The newly raised capital will fund hiring, the expansion of its refurbisher network, and the industrialization of operations, with plans to double headcount by the end of 2026.
