- Terra Industries
Participated · Seed · Aug 2026
Founded and launched in 2024, Terra Industries develops defense infrastructure and autonomous systems for the Global South, including drones and mine-detecting combat vehicles. The company positions itself to become a large regional supplier to governments, competing with incumbents and international contractors from Turkey, China, and Western suppliers. Terra has reported strong near-term commercial traction and said it is on track to book $100 million in contracts, including at least one federal contract. Management expects to generate revenues in the tens of millions of dollars by the end of the year. With the latest seed capital the company plans to expand manufacturing across the Global South and open offices in London, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C., while hiring to accelerate product deployment. Earlier in 2024 Terra completed two financings of $11.75 million and $22 million prior to this additional funding.
- Dominion Dynamics
Participated · Series A · Jun 2026
Dominion Dynamics is developing an Autonomous Collaborative Platform and a delta-wing autonomous combat aircraft, internally named "Scout," intended to operate alongside Royal Canadian Air Force F-35A fighters on Arctic missions. The Scout is designed to carry heavy weapons payloads and to operate over thousands of miles using satellite communications. The company aims to complete a subscale prototype within 18 months and is moving into a 35,000-square-foot facility near Ottawa on 1 June to support manufacturing and testing. Dominion Dynamics was founded by Erik Pence, a former executive at Anduril Industries. Financially, the company has secured C$50 million from Canada's National Research Council plus a C$21 million seed round led by Georgian with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation.
- Traysar
Led · Seed · Jun 2026
Traysar develops autonomous 'subterra' platforms for penetrating, mapping, and securing underground networks and creating precision subterranean access points. The company is fielding an excavator-class autonomous tunnel breaching and tactical exploration platform and a high-speed rapid-burrowing autonomous platform for precision access and payload delivery. Its engineering team includes early engineers from SpaceX and The Boring Company, and the company says it is also pioneering doctrine for subterranean military operations. Traysar publicly launched at the 2026 Reindustrialize Summit and has raised $25M in a seed round led by Silent Ventures with several strategic and institutional investors. The company was co-founded by Yadin Soffer, Asher Katz, and Gilad Adin and is headquartered in Austin, Texas. The funding is positioned to support development and fielding of its platforms and expansion of its capabilities in the subterranean domain.
- Amca
Participated · Series B · May 2026
Amca combines engineering, qualification testing, technical data development, and certified manufacturing into an integrated platform called RAPID that it applies across its factory network. The company operates multiple critical component factories across California, Iowa, and New York and states it runs over 123,000 square feet of online qualified production capacity; a later section of the release notes the company operates seven factories nationwide. RAPID is an AI-powered product development workflow Amca says reduces time to move production-grade hardware from development to deployment by over 67% versus industry-standard lead times. Amca supplies components to major aerospace and defense customers including Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Airbus, Embraer, Honeywell, and Raytheon and is working on parts for platforms such as the F-35 and various commercial aircraft. Following the Series B, the company is accelerating expansion of RAPID across its network and plans to create and acquire additional factories to increase domestic capacity and shorten lead times.
- Armada
Participated · Series B · May 2026
Armada builds and delivers modular AI infrastructure — including Galleon manufacturing systems, Leviathan megawatt-scale modular data centers, and Triton portable units — for high-density training, inference, sovereign neo-cloud and multi-tenant compute environments. The company has documented rapid commercial traction, reporting 540% customer bookings growth in FY25–26 and a 2000% bookings increase in Q1 FY27 year-over-year. Armada has supported defense and commercial deployments, including a rapid Triton field deployment for a defense ally, a U.S. Navy edge deployment during a multinational exercise, a WinDC renewable-energy-backed AI factory deployment in Australia, and trials with Aker BP for offshore rig use. Armada is expanding manufacturing capacity with Galleon Forge One, a planned up-to-400,000-square-foot factory in Arizona expected to create about 500 jobs, enabled by a framework agreement and investment from Johnson Controls. The company has built an ecosystem and marketplace with partners including Microsoft, NVIDIA, Palantir and Dell Technologies to accelerate customer deployments and maintain control over sensitive data and models. Armada has raised capital totaling nearly half a billion dollars to date and is using that funding to scale production, meet accelerating global demand, and support new initiatives.
