For FY25 the company reported net revenue of ₹254.02 crore and a profit after tax of ₹51.67 crore, and it declared a 10 % dividend on shares with a ₹10 face value. To accelerate growth, Jaro plans to channel fresh capital into marketing, brand building, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes. The firm is preparing an IPO slated for 23–25 September 2025, targeting ₹450 crore (₹170 crore fresh issue and ₹280 crore offer for sale). IPO proceeds are earmarked for ₹81 crore in advertising and ₹48 crore toward debt reduction, with listing planned on NSE and BSE. The issue is being managed by Nuvama Wealth Management, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors, and Systematix Corporate Services.
