  • Leal Therapeutics

    Participated · Series A · Aug 2026

Leal Therapeutics focuses on developing neuro-metabolic treatments for high-need central nervous system disorders and was launched in 2021. Its lead program, LTX-001, is a brain-penetrant oral GLS1 inhibitor that completed single and multiple ascending dose Phase 1 trials and has initiated a Phase 1b/2a trial in adults with schizophrenia with initial data expected by year-end. A second program, LTX-002, is an intrathecally delivered antisense oligonucleotide targeting SPTLC1 and is being evaluated in the NeurALS Phase 1/2 trial in adults with ALS. The company also is developing a next-generation CNS delivery platform using antibody-like shuttle technology to enable transport of peripherally administered therapeutics to the brain. Leal states it has capabilities to develop and produce both small molecule and nucleic acid CNS therapeutics. The recent Series A second close of $30 million, which added Eli Lilly to its investor syndicate, is intended to support clinical milestones for LTX-001 and additional dosing cohorts for LTX-002.

  • AdvanCell

    Participated · Series D · Jul 2026

AdvanCell develops targeted alpha radiopharmaceutical therapies built around a proprietary Lead-212 platform that combines secure isotope supply, automated manufacturing and scalable production. Its lead program, ADVC001, is a Lead-212 PSMA-targeted alpha therapy for metastatic prostate cancer that has shown encouraging Phase 1b anti-tumor activity and favorable tolerability and is currently in Phase 2 clinical development. The company emphasizes vertical integration — spanning isotope supply, advanced manufacturing and clinical development — to address supply and manufacturing constraints for targeted alpha therapies. With integrated operations across North America and Australia, AdvanCell plans to expand U.S. manufacturing infrastructure to support Phase 3 development and future commercial demand. The recent US $315 million Series D financing is intended to advance ADVC001 toward registrational development and accelerate the company’s growing pipeline of targeted alpha therapies.

    Participated · Equity · Mar 2026

Mestag Therapeutics develops therapies by leveraging fibroblast immunology to treat cancer and inflammatory diseases. Its pipeline includes MST-0312, a FAP-targeted LTBR agonist bispecific antibody designed to exploit tertiary lymphoid structures in solid tumors, and M402, an agonist antibody targeting a stromal inhibitory receptor for inflammatory disease, alongside earlier discovery-stage programs. The company also uses its RAFT Platform to identify novel fibroblast-immune targets and has entered collaborations with MSD in 2024 and a 2021 agreement with Janssen to discover and license targets. Mestag recently raised $40M in financing to fund the Phase 1 STARLYS clinical study, expected to begin in mid-2026. • Artios Pharma

    Led · Series D · Nov 2025

Artios Pharma is pioneering next-generation oncology medicines that exploit DNA damage response (DDR) mechanisms to selectively destroy hard-to-treat tumors. Its lead asset, the ATR inhibitor alnodesertib, has produced durable responses across eight solid tumor types, particularly in ATM-deficient cancers where no approved therapies currently exist. The company’s second clinical candidate, ART6043, is a DNA Polymerase θ inhibitor intended for BRCA-mutant, HER2-negative breast cancer patients eligible for PARP inhibitors, while additional pre-clinical programs include DDRi-antibody drug conjugates. Proceeds from the latest financing will broaden Phase 2 studies of alnodesertib in second-line pancreatic and third-line colorectal cancers—indications recently granted FDA Fast Track status—and will fund a randomized Phase 2 trial of ART6043. Management, led by newly appointed CEO Mike Andriole, believes these efforts will accelerate both assets toward registration. Following the $115 million Series D, the company is well-capitalized to advance its pipeline and transition toward commercial readiness.
