Mangal Electrical Industries is engaged in manufacturing transformers used for distribution and transmission of electricity and produces related components such as laminations, CRGO slit coils, amorphous cores, coil and core assemblies, wound cores, toroidal cores, and oil-immersed circuit breakers. Incorporated in 2008, the company is preparing for an IPO to raise capital for growth and balance-sheet objectives. It has secured an anchor allocation of ₹120 crore ahead of the offering and is marketing a fresh-issue IPO with a price band of ₹533–₹561 per share. The company plans to use net proceeds for repayment/prepayment of certain outstanding borrowings, capital expenditure including civil works to expand its Unit IV facility at Reengus in Sikar District, Rajasthan, working capital requirements, and general corporate purposes. The IPO opens for subscription on August 20, 2025, with allotment expected August 25 and a tentative listing on BSE and NSE on August 28, 2025. Systematix Corporate Services Limited is the sole book-running lead manager and Bigshare Services Private Limited is the registrar to the issue.
