  Circuly, founded in 2019 by Victoria Erdbrügger and Nick Huijs, develops a white‑label SaaS tool to enable Renting Operations for physical goods. The product integrates with e‑commerce shop systems and provides a backend for subscription management, recurring billing, asset tracking, return handling and refurbishing. The company launched its offering in early 2020 after validation in the Founders Foundation accelerator in Bielefeld. Circuly operates fully remote and employs about 10 people. It sells its software via a classic SaaS model and positions itself as a purpose‑driven startup promoting circular economy and sustainable consumption. Management says it will prepare a Series A within a year to accelerate growth; to date investors have committed early capital to support scaling.
