Founded in 2022 as an ETH Zurich spin-off, Optiml offers a Real Estate Decision Intelligence (REDI) platform that continuously guides hold, sell, invest, and cap-ex decisions for large real-estate owners and their advisers. The software blends proprietary decision algorithms—built on more than a decade of ETH research—with finance and governance tooling to create transparent, auditable recommendations at the portfolio level. By ingesting structured and unstructured data from existing systems, it produces investment-committee-ready decision records that factor in individual building conditions, local regulations, budget limits, and net-zero targets. The company reported more than €2 million in contracted annual recurring revenue (ARR) during 2025 and has signed clients such as Patrizia, Catella, Empira, CTP, and Longevity Partners. Optiml’s product roadmap includes deeper functionality and expansion into additional geographies. The newly raised capital will fund these initiatives over the next two years.
