- Birdsview
Led · Equity · Aug 2026
Birdsview develops a platform that combines ground-penetrating radar, LiDAR and proprietary algorithms to turn sensor data into 3D models showing rebar position, thickness, cracks, voids and corrosion without drilling. The company launched its first concrete product in January 2025 and after beginning direct pre-sales in March 2026 customers in nine countries adopted the system within weeks. Birdsview started by building sensors to detect rot in wooden utility poles and expanded the approach to concrete; it was founded by Olav Skogen and Simen Husøy while students in Trondheim. The company operates from Bergen and Oslo and has 14 employees. Since launch it has scanned over 100 structures and counts clients such as Vinci, Bouygues Construction, EllisDon, Sweco, Asplan Viak and Rambøll. Customer examples include a Bergen contractor that used Birdsview to map rebar under a basement, saving about 200,000 NOK and two weeks of work.
- Cetasol
Participated · Seed · Sep 2025
Cetasol is a Gothenburg-based startup building software for the maritime industry. Its flagship platform, iHelm, applies artificial intelligence to real-time vessel data to generate actionable recommendations that improve fuel efficiency, track performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and reduce operating costs. By optimizing voyages, the product enables fleets to lower emissions and increase asset uptime, supporting more sustainable operations. The company sells primarily to commercial vessel operators and plans to deepen its reach in major global maritime markets. With fresh seed capital, management will scale sales and marketing, enhance product features, and strengthen commercial partnerships. While revenue and user figures were not disclosed, the business has attracted repeat backing from existing investor Sarsia, indicating early market traction.
- Flow Computing
Participated · Seed · Jun 2024
Flow Computing develops a companion Parallel Processing Unit (PPU) chip that sits alongside a CPU to orchestrate nanosecond-scale task movement, aiming to turn serial CPU execution into a more parallelized flow. The company says the PPU can double CPU performance instantly and—with refactoring or recompilation—yield increases up to 100x on some workloads. Flow has demonstrated the technology in FPGA-based test setups and is developing recompilation tools to help software makers optimize for PPU-enabled designs. The PPU must be integrated at the chip-design level, so the first commercial parts will require chipmaker adoption rather than retroactive deployment. Flow is a spinout of Finland’s state-backed research organization VTT; the IP is owned by Flow. The company emerged from stealth after raising €4 million in pre-seed funding.
- Particula
Participated · Series B · Jan 2024
Particula is a Munich-based provider of AI-driven risk intelligence for digital assets. It provides automated risk ratings that analyze issuer credibility, asset backing, regulatory compliance and smart contract security. By offering independent, data-driven insights the company serves financial institutions, issuers and trading facilities. The company is led by CEO Timm Reinsdorf. Heimdall Power offers a comprehensive solution for real-time, data-driven decision-making for the operations and planning of high-voltage power lines. The company develops intelligent multi-vector sensors, called Neurons, that measure conductor temperature, current, angle, and vibrations on overhead power lines. These sensor readings and analytics are presented through a user-friendly web-based software solution. Heimdall Power raised $25 million in a Series B financing. Investors in the round include international energy company ORLEN VC, Nordic cleantech fund NRP Zero AS, and the Steinsvik Family Office. Existing shareholders including Investinor, Eviny, Hafslund, Lyse, and Sarsia are also listed among participants.
- Calluna Pharma
Participated · Series A · Jan 2024
Calluna Pharma was formed by the merger of Oxitope Pharma and Arxx Therapeutics and pursues therapies that harness the innate immune system by precision targeting of upstream innate immune amplifiers (DAMPs). The company has built a pipeline of selective antibodies addressing acute and chronic inflammation and non-resolving tissue fibrosis, claiming favorable safety profiles and broad downstream pathway disruption. Calluna has four programs, including lead clinical-stage CAL101, a monoclonal antibody that neutralizes S100A4, and CAL102, an antibody against oxidized phospholipids that showed efficacy in several preclinical models. The company says its candidates address unmet clinical needs across indications such as idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, chronic kidney disease, systemic sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and severe steroid-insensitive asthma. Calluna plans to advance its pipeline toward multiple key clinical milestones and is raising further financing to support development over the next 2.5 years.
