  • Battery Smart

    Led · Series C · Aug 2026

Battery Smart operates a battery-as-a-service platform that lets EV drivers swap depleted batteries for charged units in minutes, reducing vehicle downtime and upfront costs. The company serves primarily last-mile delivery and passenger mobility segments and partners with local operators to run its stations. It currently runs more than 1,600 partner-led stations across 50 cities. Battery Smart plans to expand its BaaS infrastructure and network of partner stations, with the recent debt funding intended to accelerate that roll-out and improve access for gig workers and fleet operators. The startup has raised about $192 million to date, including a $65 million Series B and a $29 million extended Series B. Financially, the company reported a 52% year-on-year increase in operating revenue to Rs 249 crore in FY25 and stated it has reached operating break-even and become EBITDA positive.

  • Aument

    Led · Seed · Mar 2022

Aument offers a library of automated, data-driven marketing actions that e-commerce merchants can install to run personalized acquisition and retention campaigns. The product bundles attribution models into each action so users can see revenue and performance tied to specific activities. The team positions the service as "e-commerce marketing management-as-a-service," focused on reducing time between first and second purchases and reactivating at-risk customers. The company launched shortly after its November 2021 founding and is still in beta, initially onboarding 20 active stores with 40 on a waitlist. Aument is currently pre-revenue but already has customers willing to pay, and the new funding will be used to hire development and core business talent. Planned product work includes expanding the library of actions and building commercial and product integrations with Shopify and additional platforms like WooCommerce, third-party checkout and subscription applications.
