Leadership includes co-founder and CEO Jean Belanger and CFO Arun Prakash. The company is based in Austin, Texas. Cerebri AI offers a SaaS platform that combines data from multiple sources and uses machine learning to track, analyze and predict individual customer behavior and the next best action. The company recently launched Cerebri Values, described as an industry-first universal measure of customer success that quantifies commitment and enables behavior-based cohorting for marketing.
