    Nuki Home Solutions builds smart, retrofit access products centered on the Nuki Smart Lock 2.0 and the Nuki Opener, plus accessories such as the Keypad and Fob. Its Smart Lock features end-to-end encrypted communication and has been certified by AV‑Test; the company says its security standards are comparable with online banking. Since market launch in 2016 Nuki claims to have sold its smart access solutions over 150,000 times and grown as a market leader for retrofit access in Europe. The company integrates with its smartphone app and partners with platforms and brands including Apple, Google and Airbnb. Nuki recently introduced the Smart Door (a door with Nuki features integrated) and plans to offer a set for motorised doors for new buildings and renovations from autumn 2021. The business currently employs about 100 people and intends to more than double the team while investing in further product and technology development. Nuki is a Graz, Austria-based maker of a Bluetooth smartlock that works with European door cylinders. Its lock can be opened and closed automatically via Android and iOS apps and controlled over Bluetooth and WiFi. The company is led by CEO Martin Pansy.
