- REGRIP
Participated · Equity · Feb 2026
Founded in 2021 by Tushar Suhalka, ReGrip offers fleet owners an end-to-end tyre lifecycle solution that spans inventory management, retreading and environmentally compliant disposal. Usable tyres are refurbished and resold at roughly half the cost of new tyres, while non-reusable casings are converted into crumb rubber, tyre-derived fuel and bio-crude oil. The company operates across 24 locations in more than eight Indian states and works with over 400 scrap dealers. To date it has sold more than 10,000 ReGrip-branded retreaded tyres and holds India’s largest licence to run a tyre-to-fuel, waste-to-energy facility. ReGrip generates revenue from the sale of retreaded tyres and industrial by-products, positioning itself as a circular-economy player in India’s growing tyre market. The newly secured capital will be used to expand processing capacity, enhance recycling infrastructure, enter additional regions and formalise informal scrap-collection partners.
- PickMyWork
Participated · Seed · Sep 2022
Founded in 2020, PickMyWork operates as an extended sales and distribution arm for banks, NBFCs, and fintech companies, enabling them to acquire customers through a performance-driven gig-worker network. Its platform allows individuals in more than 200 Indian cities—many from Tier-2 and Tier-3 regions—to earn income by distributing bank accounts, credit cards, demat accounts, loans, and other financial services. The company currently supports over 20,000 active gig partners and positions itself as a scalable alternative to traditional on-ground sales models. Revenue is generated by charging financial institutions for each successful customer acquisition completed by its gig agents. With fresh capital now in hand, PickMyWork plans to enhance its technology stack, widen its gig-worker base, and deepen partnerships with additional banks and fintechs. Future initiatives include launching new financial product categories, rolling out certification-led training for workers, and deploying AI-driven tools to improve conversion rates and earnings. The firm emphasizes social impact by creating flexible, merit-based earning opportunities and boosting financial literacy among underemployed youth across India.
- GO DESi
Participated · Equity · Feb 2020
GO DESi is a Bengaluru-headquartered packaged foods company founded in 2018 by siblings Vinay and Raksha Kothari. The brand reimagines traditional Indian sweets and snacks—such as tamarind, mango and amla delicacies—into modern, portable products made in high-hygiene facilities using jaggery and real dry fruits without artificial sweeteners or colours. Its flagship product, DESi POPz, has already reached more than one crore consumers across India, appealing to children while evoking nostalgia among adults. GO DESi operates an integrated model with in-house manufacturing and a robust sourcing network to ensure consistent quality and scalable supply. The company’s current focus is to strengthen manufacturing capabilities, expand distribution and introduce new DESi flavour variants. Supported by institutional investors including DSG Consumer Partners and Aavishkaar Capital, GO DESi aims to address gaps in India’s largely unorganised packaged sweets market. The recent capital infusion positions the company for its next phase of growth and expansion.
