Ultrade is a New York-based multichain DeFi-as-a-Service infrastructure company that provides a non-custodial trading ecosystem for brands, projects and communities. Its core product is the Ultimate Trading Suite, an all-in-one application offering full limit orderbook trading for spot and derivatives (including leveraged perpetuals) alongside a Hybrid Aggregating AMM (haAMM). The haAMM aggregates across LP pools and the orderbook to increase liquidity depth, reduce slippage, and enable best execution while giving orderbook liquidity providers a share of fees. Led by CEO Dan Goldman, Ultrade launched a Testnet on the Algorand blockchain in late June and amassed thousands of users on Algorand. The company plans to expand into a multi-chain platform and will use the recently raised funds to expand operations and business reach. Financially, Ultrade raised $2.4M in Seed funding led by Algorand Foundation with participation from Big Brain Holdings, Tess Ventures, Sarson Funds, Valhalla Capital and others.

Folks Finance provides a borrowing and lending protocol built on top of the Algorand blockchain. Users can deposit liquidity to earn continuous economic returns and request crypto loans by locking deposited funds as collateral. The company completed a protocol design review and is currently in the smart contract security verification phase. It plans an official launch on the Algorand TestNet early this year and will release Folksy Guys, an NFT collection for the Folks Finance community. The team will publish a research paper on the protocol economic model soon and is working to establish milestones for version 2.0.
