Innovative Imaging Technologies is a Montreal-based developer of Reacts, a video-collaboration platform originally built for healthcare. Launched in 2014 and led by Dr. Yanick Beaulieu, the company provides medical organizations and hundreds of health professionals across Quebec with its platform. Reacts supports video conferencing, messaging, file sharing and transfer, application and screen sharing, and integrates tools such as augmented reality and real-time image overlay. The product was initially developed to fill a void in healthcare solutions but is also positioned for training and education and other industries. Development projects are underway in Ontario, France, the United States and China. The company raised $4M to accelerate commercialization across Canada and abroad.
