- iFollow
Led · Equity · Jul 2024
Founded in 2017, iFollow develops collaborative autonomous robots (cobots) to assist order pickers in refrigerated and freezing warehouse environments. Its first product, the iLogistics robot, can carry up to 300 kg and operate at temperatures down to -25°C while adapting to different types of carts. The company says its solution delivers a minimum 30% productivity gain and improves picking quality and pre‑conditioning of orders. iFollow targets the demanding food‑logistics refrigerated market and is expanding into adjacent retail use cases with a developing iRetail autonomous cart for merchandising, stock analysis, and automatic replenishment. The startup has a team of about 10 people and has already signed Toupargel as a customer. The fundraise will be used to industrialize production, recruit technical and commercial staff, and deploy a target of 100 robots by the end of 2018. iFollow builds autonomous mobile robots (AMR) designed to facilitate order picking, transport heavy loads in warehouses and support supply-chain operations. The start-up employs around 40 people. After successful pilots, CEO Vincent Jacquemart says the objective is to scale up and commercialize their autonomous robot for logistics. With this financing, iFollow intends to take the next step toward marketing and broader deployment. Backers highlight a large addressable market—described as worth "tens of billions"—with at least 50,000 industrial sites in Europe and 100,000 industrial sites plus 30,000 warehouses worldwide. The company raised new capital to support that go-to-market and scaling effort.

Flatsy serves traditional agencies, networks, neo-agencies and social landlords, and counts more than 300 clients including Sergic, Altarea, White Bird, Masteos and ICF Habitat. Operational metrics reported include over 200 active agents, 50,000 properties entrusted and nearly 300,000 visits completed; the company employs more than 40 people and is present in about fifteen French cities including Paris, Nantes, Strasbourg, Bordeaux, Marseille and Lyon. The business has grown roughly 60% per year since 2019. Flatsy recently raised €3.5M to continue product development, add service modules and expand geographically, with plans to open 10 new cities and quintupling its number of agents by the end of 2026. Flatsy offers a digital tool that helps real-estate professionals manage property visits. The platform centralizes all appointments and enables delegation of visits to independent agents. It aims to digitalize the real-estate sector and improve visit-management workflows. With this new funding, Flatsy plans to further develop its appointment-booking and dossier-management tools. The company intends to hire about twenty employees and to expand into roughly ten additional cities.
