Overview

Our DNA. Most people don’t like change. We get that. It’s uncomfortable, scary and hard work. But change is the price we pay for progress. Without it, good never becomes great. Fire, vaccines and space travel. All thanks to humans’ willingness to adapt and unwillingness to settle. That “Push-Forwardness” is part of who we are. The Wellstreet DNA. It’s how we turn ideas into startups. Small businesses into big players. And players into legends. We get up in the morning to set comfort zones on fire. Rip old ways into a million new pieces. And start over... over and over again. We’re building a tomorrow unlike yesterday. A place full of innovation, ideas and opportunities. A better world. We believe that good things come to those who don’t wait. To those who keep pushing, Forever Forward. Wellstreet exist to build and accelerate the innovations and entrepreneurs of today, leading to a better and sounder tomorrow. We believe in challenging the status quo and doing things differently. We have been part of creating successes like Tibber, DanAds, Regily, Scrive, and roughly 35 more. To enhance value propositions and disrupt verticals as a very early-stage investor we have created a purpose built ecosystem to support our portfolios.

  • Berget AI

    Participated · Equity · Feb 2026

Berget AI is a Swedish startup developing a full-stack platform that allows developers to deploy open-source language models on infrastructure physically located in Sweden. By keeping data and models within national borders, the service helps enterprises and public-sector users comply with the EU AI Act’s transparency, traceability and data-governance rules. The company positions itself as an easy-to-use alternative to U.S. hyperscalers and complex on-premise setups, offering quick onboarding without the need to manage hardware. Its first product, launched shortly before the summer of 2025, has already attracted significant inbound interest from customers that prioritise data sovereignty. Co-founders Christian Landgren and Andreas Lundmark draw on backgrounds in digital entrepreneurship and AI consulting, respectively. With several new services in the pipeline, Berget AI plans to accelerate both product development and commercial expansion. The newly secured capital will be directed toward scaling the engineering team and ramping up sales operations.

  • Key Ward

    Led · Seed · Sep 2024

Key Ward provides a no-code, solver-agnostic SaaS platform that helps engineering teams integrate AI and manage complex simulation and geometrical data without coding. The platform extracts and structures datasets from historical simulations to create custom AI models that can predict design performance in seconds, replacing resource-intensive simulations that can take days. Key Ward has piloted its technology in automotive and aerospace and expanded applicability to industries such as packaging, bio-medicine, and marine. The company emerged from stealth and was founded by CEO Hoss Habib together with Maxime Bunel, Asparuh Stoyanov, and Lyuben Vodenicharov; the idea originated from Habib’s experience at Porsche. Key Ward says the funds will be used to scale the technology internationally and to establish the company as an industry-leading platform for engineers. The team emphasizes enabling broader AI adoption by addressing ML-readiness of data and the skills gaps that hold traditional industries back.

  • Gamifiera

    Led · Seed · Dec 2021

Gamifiera is a Swedish SaaS company that adds a gamification layer to retail loyalty programmes, rewarding customers based on content contributions rather than spend. Founded by former executives from Swedish electronics retailer Webhallen, the team positions the product as an alternative to transactional, discount-driven loyalty schemes. The platform rewards brands' biggest ambassadors for the content they contribute and is designed to sit on top of existing loyalty programmes. Co-founder and CEO Wilhelm Sporrong argues retailers should aim for connection, emotional satisfaction and community to drive loyalty. The company raised $1.3 million in seed funding and plans to use the capital for an aggressive recruitment campaign and expansion beyond the Nordics. Investors in the round include Quiq Holding and Wellstreet.

  • Tibber

    Participated · Series A · Mar 2019

Tibber is a smart digital energy provider and platform that replaces traditional utilities with a mobile app offering real-time analytics to help consumers lower energy bills. The app pairs with smart home hardware and connects independent sustainable energy sources such as solar PV, EV chargers, batteries, and heat pumps to optimize consumption and provide grid load balancing. Founded in 2016, Tibber had reached over 400,000 household customers across Norway, Sweden, and Germany at the beginning of the year. The company’s vision is to make sustainable energy consumption simple and affordable and its mission is to reduce residential energy consumption for European households by 20%. Tibber completed a $100M Series C in March 2022 and recently saw Altor acquire a minority stake via secondary purchases from existing shareholders. Altor’s investment is intended to support Tibber’s expansion within Europe and its goal to become a leading home energy platform. Tibber is a Norway-based smart energy provider offering a real-time energy consumption analytics app and integrations with smart home devices. Its products include smart analysis for households, smart charging for electric cars, and smart heating for connected thermostats. The company plans to use the new funding to significantly bolster its product lineup and launch new products aimed at reducing consumption and increasing home independence from the grid. Tibber has gained traction in Norway, Sweden, and Germany and is targeting The Netherlands as its next market. Since launching in 2016, subscriber numbers nearly quadrupled in 2021 from approximately 120,000 to over 400,000. Financially, Tibber closed a $100 million Series C and has raised $181.5 million to date in a mix of equity and debt. Tibber offers a digital utility service that supplies green energy and an app providing real-time analytics to help households reduce electricity use. Its app pairs with smart-home devices to automate consumption reductions, letting users adjust thermostats and light brightness. The company also offers solutions for electric vehicles. Tibber says it is committed to “not profiting off energy consumption.” Since launch it has signed up over 100,000 paying households across Norway, Sweden and Germany. Its next target market is the Netherlands in 2021. Tibber offers an app and AI bots that automatically buy electricity at the lowest wholesale prices and integrates with IoT devices so users can shift consumption to cheaper hours. The product includes smart-home integrations for electric-car charging, thermostats and smart plugs; Tibber launched a smart charging feature for Tesla and other EVs that it says cuts charging costs by about 20%. The company claims users save an average of 20% on electricity bills through its combination of wholesale prices and device control. Tibber currently powers about 40,000 homes, roughly 25% of which are smart homes connected to Tibber-controlled devices. The team of 21 people operates in Sweden and Norway and the company says it plans to further expand in the Nordics, develop its product and launch in new European markets, including Germany.
