It is already active in Taiwan and has started commercial expansion into North America and Japan, targeting overseas revenue of more than NT$100 million in 2024. Smart Ageing Tech (founded 2018) develops Jubo, an AI-powered platform for elderly care that helps caregivers, social workers, and care attendants manage daily care tasks. Jubo’s features include AI medication-management that checks individual regimens, flags risky or incorrect dosing, and sends real-time alerts to caregivers and pharmacists. The system has been approved by more than 200 care organizations and is used daily by over 3,000 care professionals. The company is developing additional AI services—including wound recognition and shift management—with five services currently in development and a goal of offering ten services by year-end. Smart Ageing Tech participated in Taiwan’s government “population aging challenge” program and has demonstrated a patented care rounds cart in Tokyo.
