  • Zsystems

    Participated · Seed · Apr 2026

Zsystems operates a software and field-layer platform that sits on top of Morocco’s largest digitized retailer network, allowing brands to control products, prices, margins and promotions and instantly reach thousands of retailers. The company says it is not a buyer, reseller, or traditional distributor; instead it enables any company with a digital product or service to plug in via one integration to access the full network. Zsystems argues the model creates compounding network effects—each new brand attracts more retailers and each new retailer attracts more brands. The founders highlight that the business is CM3 positive (stated as a fact) and frame the opportunity as much larger than Morocco, citing a $40B domestic market and a $3T informal retail market across Africa. The company describes the model as duplicable across verticals where inventory moves through fragmented networks and characterizes the recent fundraise as the start of its next chapter.

  • Enakl

    Participated · Seed · Jan 2026

Founded in 2022 by Samir Bennani and Charles Pommarède, Enakl builds and runs intelligent shared mobility services that combine software and fleet operations to create dynamic, demand-responsive transport networks. Its proprietary platform allows companies, public bodies and commuters to plan, deploy and manage pooled routes in real time, aiming to reduce congestion and carbon emissions while widening job accessibility. After 18 months of R&D, the system is now live and reportedly "widely adopted," and in 2025 the company secured a pilot public contract with the Casablanca–Settat Region, validating its model. The firm is now preparing to launch a SaaS version of its technology, expand commercial teams and test new ride-pooling fleet formats. Proceeds from its recent seed financing will accelerate these initiatives and support broader rollout across Morocco and beyond. No revenue or user figures were disclosed, but investors cite the first public-sector win and rapid product deployment as evidence of traction.

  • Colis.ma

    Led · Seed · Oct 2024

Colis.ma provides quick, dependable parcel delivery services focused on individuals and SMEs (notably cosmetics, artisanal goods, and organic products), using in-house technology to optimize partners’ operations. The company collaborates with traditional and informal transporters to improve service quality and logistics efficiency. Founded in 2022 by CEO Issam Darui, Colis.ma has delivered over 50,000 packages to more than 55 destinations across six European countries. In the last 12 months the company grew fivefold, and its yearly recurring revenue rose 380% in 2023 versus 2022. Colis.ma plans geographic expansion on the African side beginning with West Africa, and to broaden coverage within Morocco and six major European countries while further improving service quality.
