  • Spirit AI

    Participated · Equity · Feb 2026

Founded in February 2024, Spirit AI builds vision-language-action foundation models that power general-purpose humanoid robots. Its in-house model drives Moz1, a 26-degree-of-freedom, force-controlled robot already deployed on CATL’s Zhongzhou battery assembly line and in JD.com retail stores for customer interaction and product demonstrations. The company has also open-sourced Spirit v1.5, designed for strong zero-shot task generalization across complex manipulation scenarios. By partnering with manufacturing, logistics and consumer-electronics leaders such as CATL, JD.com, Huawei, Xiaomi and TCL, Spirit AI gains large-scale real-world data to refine its models and accelerate commercial rollout. The latest financing pegs its valuation at roughly ¥10 billion ($1.4 billion), underscoring investor confidence in its embodied AI stack. Although still in early commercialization, the company is rapidly scaling its data pipelines and industrial ecosystem to support broader deployment of humanoid systems.

  • EPG

    Participated · Series B · Jan 2026

Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Singapore, EPG designs and manufactures prefabricated modular data centre infrastructure that integrates power, IT, and cooling systems for faster deployment and improved delivery certainty. The company runs dual R&D centres in Singapore and Shanghai and operates advanced manufacturing hubs in Malaysia and China. Last year EPG delivered more than 200MW of prefabricated modules, including a 60MW+ full-scope delivery project, and has expanded its office footprint to Japan, Thailand, and Dubai. Its prefabricated approach aims to reduce environmental impact while accelerating build timelines. EPG grew its workforce 87.6% year-on-year to support scaling operations. The recent Series B+ funding will support further international growth by expanding R&D, manufacturing, and delivery capabilities to meet rising demand for AI and cloud infrastructure.

  • Sironax

    Led · Series B · Aug 2022

Sironax is a Beijing-based clinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to discovering and developing novel treatments for patients with age-related degenerative diseases. Its pipeline comprises multiple programs focused on key mechanisms including regulated cell death, neuroprotective pathways and neuroinflammation, with lead efforts around RIPK1 inhibitors. The company is conducting early clinical studies with SIR0365 and SIR2446 while advancing additional preclinical research. Sironax plans to use recent financing to support ongoing clinical development of its RIPK1 portfolio and to expand its R&D footprint and pipeline of potential best- and first-in-class candidates. The company closed a $200M Series B led by Gaorong Capital and Yunfeng Capital, with participation from a broad group of existing and new investors. Led by CEO Aaron Ren and founded in 2017, Sironax is positioning to progress its clinical programs targeting age-related degeneration.

  • North Ocean Photonics

    Participated · Series B · Nov 2021

North Ocean Photonics is a high-tech enterprise headquartered in Shanghai that focuses on wafer-level optics and optical integration. Its core products include wafer-level optical chips for 3D sensing, micro‑nano optical modules for vehicle-mounted LiDAR, and AR diffraction optical waveguides. The company reports its 3D sensing chips have shipped in the order of over 10 million units in flagship smartphone models such as Huawei P and Mate. It has put Phase I of its Shanghai Lingang Base into use and has entered substantive planning for Phase II following the financing. North Ocean is expanding R&D and mass-production capabilities for AR waveguides (the “Xiaoyao” series) and is iterating product performance and categories rapidly. Future R&D plans include vehicle HUD, super surface and super lens, optical computing and other new technology directions.

  • Momenta

    Participated · Series C · Nov 2021

Momenta is a Suzhou-based autonomous driving company founded in 2016 that offers a single software and sensor architecture usable in both Level-2 driver-assistance and Level-4 robotaxi scenarios. Instead of retrofitting special vehicles, the firm repurposes mass-produced cars, lowering deployment costs and speeding up commercialization. Its technology is being integrated into production models from Mercedes-Benz and BMW, and the company operates across China, Germany, Japan, and the United States. Momenta is pushing toward commercial robotaxi fleet operations and recently forged ride-hailing partnerships with Uber and Grab to serve dense urban markets. Strategic investors already include SAIC Motor, General Motors, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, Bosch, and now Grab. Although no revenue or user figures are public, the breadth of its global OEM and mobility partners points to growing commercial traction. The company aims to accelerate large-scale autonomous driving adoption in Southeast Asia and other international markets.
