Overview
At Zee Prime Capital, we cut through the buzz by backing founders building the future—starting from the smallest market wedges and expanding outward. Based in Gibraltar, we partner with visionary entrepreneurs worldwide, with a sharp focus on programmable assets, web3, and collaborative intelligence. We're drawn to projects that use blockchain-based infrastructure to solve real problems—not just make noise. Since 2019, we’ve supported early-stage startups across crypto, fintech, decentralized science, and beyond—helping them scale from obscure beginnings to category-defining platforms. We’re hands-on where it matters, guiding teams as they refine their “wedge”—that distinct entry point that sticks with a focused group before scaling. Zee Prime isn’t trend-chasing. We’re conviction-driven investors backing ambitious builders who wield next-gen tech—blockchain, AI, programmable money—to reshape systems from the ground up. If you’re solving a sharp pain point with real traction, we’d love to hear from you.

- TrueDAO
Participated · Equity · Jul 2026
TrueDAO is building a modular on-chain financial infrastructure that integrates smart contracts, on-chain data, AI-driven risk analytics, dynamic value adjustments, protocol reserves and community governance. The team says it developed the core protocol architecture over the past year and aims to serve as infrastructure for multiple blockchain applications rather than a single use case. With a $10 million strategic financing led by Brevan Howard Digital (announced July 10, 2026), TrueDAO plans to focus on protocol development, AI risk controls, security audits, global compliance work, developer documentation and ecosystem integrations. Near-term milestones include launching a testnet, performing independent security audits, rolling out developer tools and gradually publishing protocol operations and reserve data. The company also stated that token organization and incentive mechanisms will be announced later and will comply with applicable law. The press release originated from New York.
- Blockcast
Participated · Seed · Feb 2026
Blockcast is building a blockchain-based CDN that combines broadcast data-transfer techniques with Solana’s infrastructure to alleviate growing internet-traffic bottlenecks. The network is now running a six-month “Proof of Resources Epoch,” during which operators can launch lightweight Beacon nodes in Docker containers and earn rewards proportionate to uptime, outbound bandwidth, and hardware performance. High-performing node operators will receive special NFTs, while all participants accrue points that can later convert into a token drop at the project’s token-generation event (TGE). Node setup is intentionally lightweight, requiring only basic Linux hardware and a multicast-compatible IP for bonus points. A web dashboard lets operators register nodes, monitor health status, and track rewards, with the first connection test after six hours and initial payouts after 24 hours of continuous operation. To fund development, Blockcast has secured a $2.85 million seed round. No revenue or user figures have been disclosed, underscoring the project’s early-stage status.
- BIO Protocol
Participated · Seed · Sep 2025
Bio Protocol, also referred to simply as Bio, is a DeSci (decentralized science) network that lets scientists convert their work into autonomous on-chain AI agents called BioAgents. These BioAgents can mint hypotheses, raise capital via token sales, and share data transparently, aiming to compress drug-development timelines from decades to months. The company’s first BioAgent, Aubrai, has already minted more than 1,000 hypotheses and secured $250,000 in research funding, with its token briefly rising 150× from a $269,000 pre-sale valuation to a roughly $40 million peak. Bio recently launched its V2 platform, adding Ignition Sales for rapid tokenized fundraises, a staking and rewards program (BioXP), and support for future agents in dermatology, microbiome, brain health, and men’s health. The protocol’s native BIO token trades around $0.16, giving it a market cap of about $309 million. According to the company, projects across its network have already directed over $50 million to labs worldwide. With fresh capital, Bio plans to broaden its BioAgent framework globally, creating a network of decentralized AI “science machines.”
- Build on Bitcoin
Participated · Equity · Aug 2025
Build on Bitcoin (BOB) is creating a technology stack that makes Bitcoin-based DeFi possible, positioning itself as the “Gateway to Bitcoin DeFi.” Its core product is the first hybrid zero-knowledge (ZK) rollup designed for Bitcoin, which the team has already brought to testnet. BOB has also launched a BitVM bridge in collaboration with institutional partners and introduced the first Bitcoin intents system that offers one-click BTC access across major chains. The project plans an imminent token generation event (TGE) and a full transition to community governance, reflecting its goal of decentralized ownership. To date, BOB has secured more than $25 million in funding, comprising $21 million from seed and strategic rounds plus a recently completed community sale. This capital is being used to refine its rollup technology, expand cross-chain connectivity, and onboard users and developers into Bitcoin-based DeFi.
- Olas
Participated · Equity · Feb 2025
Olas is an original AI agent platform (since 2021) that enables autonomous, user-owned AI agents across multiple blockchains. Its core stack includes the Olas Stack for developers and the Olas Protocol to incentivize agent creation and co-ownership, and it recently launched Pearl, described as the world’s first agent app store. Pearl is a desktop app that lets users choose, launch, and fully own AI agents on-chain for use cases like autonomous social media accounts and DeFi trading. Olas reports material traction: agents process over 700,000 transactions monthly (growing ~30% month-over-month) and the platform has facilitated over 3.5 million transactions across nine blockchains, with 2+ million agent-to-agent transactions. The project also introduced Olas Staking with a Proof of Active Agent mechanism to reward useful agent activity. To attract builders it launched an Accelerator offering up to $1M in grants (individual teams can receive up to $100,000 plus OLAS tokens) to develop agents for Pearl.
