Overview

Home365 operates an AI-powered, tech-enabled platform that automates acquisition, management, maintenance and accounting for single-family and small multifamily real estate investors. The company delivers a patent-pending net operating income guarantee and a machine-learning underwriting engine that underwrite performance and reduce investor risk. Home365 manages more than $1.5B in investment assets across 7,000 properties in 17 cities and seven states and runs a Market-Network of over 5,000 maintenance vendors. Tens of millions of dollars are processed monthly via its accounting platform to generate live income statements and app-based ledgers for residents. The platform automates labor-intensive maintenance, financial transactions, property accounting and tenant communications to reduce errors and profit loss. Home365 plans to deepen platform functionality and expand to multiple new U.S. metros (including Chicago, Seattle and Phoenix) and build international channels. The company is based in Silicon Valley with an R&D center in Tel-Aviv and an operations hub in Lancaster, PA. Home365 offers a fully automated property-management platform coupled with a Net Operating Income (NOI) Guarantee that underwrites operating expenses and guarantees asset performance. The company uses a proprietary claims and property-management platform to automate labor-intensive processes, AP/AR, accounting and communications. A machine-learning, patent-pending underwriting engine predicts maintenance, repairs and resident events and generates a fixed monthly premium fee that guarantees NOI. Home365 announced the acquisition of SlateHouse Property Management and Realty and installed SlateHouse co-founders in senior growth and operations roles to support scaling. The company manages 7,000 units across six states, with local offices in 14 major metro areas, and the properties it manages are worth more than $1 billion. It intends to use new funds to accelerate its end-to-end technology platform and expand into more of the top 100 U.S. markets, targeting growth to over 100,000 units under management in the next few years.
