Noops

Overview
Noops’s flagship product is an oat milk–based line of plant-based puddings offered in traditional flavors such as chocolate, caramel, mocha and vanilla. The puddings are organic, free of dairy and gluten, contain prebiotics, plant protein and fiber, and have no added sugar. The company officially launched in Q1 2021 and is currently available in more than 750 retail locations, including Sprouts Farmers Market and Wegmans, and plans to launch in Fresh Thyme this year. Since its pre-launch in 2020 Noops says it has doubled its projected numbers. The new funding will be used to expand distribution channels and DTC sales, develop partnerships, make key hires in finance and sales, add a second manufacturing partner to triple production, and create more flavors and a breakfast line/yogurt alternative. The business was founded in 2019 by Hungryroot co-founder Gregory Harry Struck after he adopted a plant-based diet while battling cancer. Noops produces a protein-rich, plant-based organic oatmilk pudding sold in 4.75 oz cups. The product is vegan, non-GMO, OU Kosher, allergen-friendly, contains no added sugar, and clocks about 180 calories per serving with 5–7 grams of protein and 5–7 grams of fiber. Founded in 2019 by Gregory Struck after his recovery from illness, the company launched online and in select Northeast grocery retailers and began pre-orders on July 20. Noops offers flavors such as Cocoa, French Toast, Sticky Bun and Mocha and plans multipacks and broader retail availability. The company plans to use its funding to pursue product innovation, further commercialize and expand into retail and foodservice, and invest in strategic marketing and operations.
