Overview

Paack is a logistics and parcel-delivery company that began operations in Dubai five years ago and is now based in Barcelona. It offers scheduled deliveries in more than sixty European cities across Spain, Portugal, Italy and France. The company reports a 96% success rate on first deliveries and an international customer rating of 4.8 out of 5. Financially, Paack attracted €45M in the second half of 2023 and has now received an additional €10M from ICO Next Tech. Paack plans to continue expanding the number of countries and cities it serves and will pursue route optimization and investment in environmentally friendly vehicle fleets to support that growth. Paack is a Barcelona-based logistics company that provides parcel delivery services for e-commerce retailers. The company manages delivery of several million orders monthly for more than 150 clients, including 17 of the top 20 e-commerce retailers in Spain. Paack employs between 500 and 1,000 people and has raised more than €300M in investment since inception. The current round of €45M will be used to reinforce its market position in e-commerce delivery, invest in product innovation, and expand its distribution network across Europe. Paack has an ambition to become the first company to guarantee 100% zero-emission deliveries across Europe. The financing combines equity and debt to support growth and working capital needs. Paack operates an e-commerce delivery platform combining logistics software with warehouse-robotics integrations to manage last-mile and fulfillment operations. Its systems integrate with e-commerce sites so consumers can customize delivery schedules at checkout, and the company develops warehouse automation, time-window scheduling and routing integrations. Paack says it delivers several million orders per month for about 150 international clients, processes 10,000 parcels per hour per site, and counts 17 of the largest e-commerce retailers in Spain among its customers. The company was founded by Fernando Benito, Xavier Rosales and Suraj Shirvankar, and CEO Benito emphasizes a short-term vision to lead sustainable e-commerce delivery in Europe. Paack aims to deliver parcels at carbon net-zero using electric last-mile vehicles and is seeking certification with The Carbon Trust and the United Nations. It has established a profitable position in Spain and is pursuing similar results across the U.K., France and Portugal while using new capital for product development and European expansion. Paack is a Barcelona-based e-commerce delivery platform founded in 2015 that provides delivery services for retailers including Amazon, Decathlon, and MediaMarkt. The company is active in more than 60 cities across Spain, the UK, France and Portugal and works with over 3,000 local delivery partners. Paack has a team of more than 240 employees and expects to reach €50 million in sales this year. The platform focuses on coordinating deliveries between retailers and local couriers to fulfil e-commerce orders. The startup plans to use new capital to expand delivery coverage and invest in operational efficiency. To date, Paack has raised over $80 million in funding.
