    The Deployment Company is a joint venture controlled by OpenAI and backed by 19 investors including major private equity firms and strategic partners. It is structured to combine OpenAI’s software with the distribution and portfolio access of private equity participants to accelerate enterprise AI deployment. The joint venture was valued at $10.0 billion before the new investment and raised over $4.0 billion in the reported transaction. Named investors include TPG, Brookfield Asset Management, Advent, Bain Capital, Dragoneer and SoftBank, alongside several consultancies. The firm aims to leverage the investors’ access to more than 2,000 companies to drive adoption of OpenAI’s tools. The raise follows significant recent financings involving OpenAI and comes as competitors such as Anthropic pursue similar partnerships.

Management expects to finish the year with revenues above €70 million and EBITDA greater than €25 million after already surpassing €50 million in income by the third quarter. Majority founders Sergey Miteyko and Leonard Lvovich reinvest all profits back into growth and retain control of the business. Synergym’s shareholder base also includes international investors All Seas Capital, Oxy Capital and Growth Partner, whose backing has reinforced the company’s national expansion ambitions.

Over the last five years it has grown at a compound annual rate greater than 35% while remaining profitable. Management plans to deploy the newly raised capital to expand its screen network, strengthen technology infrastructure and boost working capital, aiming to surpass 20,000 operational screens and generate more than $100,000 million in revenue by 2027. For 2025, Enmedio projects sales above $62,000 million with EBITDA of $18,000 million. The firm has not raised equity capital since a 2015 investment from Axon Partners Group and continues to emphasize disciplined, cash-flow-positive growth.
