Pangaea Holdings builds and scales direct-to-consumer men’s personal care brands, launching skincare brand Lumin and grooming brand Meridian. The company has developed proprietary infrastructure—warehousing, payments and shipping—to operate as a holding platform for multiple brands. Products are sold in more than 70 countries and the business had reached seven-figure revenue at seed, with continued strong growth since. Pangaea employs more than 300 people across hubs in Los Angeles, Lagos, Singapore and Europe and is largely remote. The company is already cash flow positive and plans to expand into additional product categories, launch new brands, become an omnichannel “male megabrands” platform, and potentially license its software.
