Reframe Systems

30 Lowell Junction Rd, Andover, MA, 01810, United States

Overview

Reframe Systems develops regional, deployable microfactories that use proprietary software, vision-guided robots, and physical AI to automate framing, sheathing, and insulation and enable mass-customized, site-specific homes. Its microfactories can be launched in 100 days and manufacture up to five single-family homes per week, delivering homes 2.5× faster while reducing costs by 35%. Homes produced are designed to meet local codes and resilience standards — all-electric, solar-ready, and built with fire-resilient materials and features. The company was founded by former Amazon Robotics leaders Vikas Enti, Felipe Polido, and Aaron Small and is accelerating projects in the Boston area (Somerville, Devens, Woburn) and pilot work in Altadena, CA, with plans for a Southern California microfactory. Reframe aims to scale its model widely with a stated mission to build one million homes by 2045. The Series A capital will support scaling its microfactory network and deployment to address the U.S. housing shortage and construction labor shortfall.
