Remedium Bio is advancing a proprietary Prometheus™ platform designed to enable controlled, long-lasting expression of therapeutic proteins by harnessing adipocytes as a durable site for production. The platform aims to provide multi-year benefit with adjustable dosing following minimally invasive subcutaneous administration and to replace many subcutaneously administered protein therapies with single-injection, adjustable gene therapies. Its pipeline includes programs targeting endocrinology, immunology, neurology, and musculoskeletal diseases. The company recently completed an initial closing of a $10 million Series A led by LifeSpan Vision Ventures, with participation from Eli Lilly and Company and HKX Capital.
