The group says AI-enabled features now drive a double-digit share of net new bookings, customer experience automation has reached about 80% in several products, and AI-assisted workflows have improved developer productivity by more than 100%. Circeus serves more than 200,000 businesses worldwide and has completed 18 acquisitions over the past four years. The company says it is scaling profitably and plans further acquisitions while leveraging centralized AI, growth expertise, and back-office support for acquired brands and teams. Circeus operates from London, Milan, and Sarajevo.
