Squid operates a connected multi-chain platform that reaches ecosystems without contracts, including Bitcoin and XRPL, and supports more than 100 networks. Its execution layer, Squid Intents, routes cross-chain transactions to market makers for fulfillment and settles them using Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) rather than deploying contracts on every chain. The platform supports over 20,000 tokens across major ecosystems and has facilitated more than $6B in lifetime volume since its January 2023 launch. Squid plans to use the new funding to accelerate expansion into consumer products. The company is headquartered in Zug, Switzerland.
