STRM.BIO is a Cambridge, Massachusetts–based biotechnology company focused on a non-viral, cell-derived delivery modality for in vivo gene and cell therapies. Its megakaryocyte-derived vesicle (MV) platform is designed to safely and precisely carry complex genetic cargos directly to bone marrow, overcoming the immunogenicity and payload limits of viral and synthetic vectors.
