    Bacon operates a "temp agency in an app" that lets companies select, screen and hire qualified hourly workers quickly and allows workers to find and book shifts that fit their schedules. The free app supports roles across warehouse, construction, deliveries, catering, events, printing, laundry production, restaurants, retail and other hourly work. Bacon does not charge a fee when companies hire a Bacon worker full-time. The company reports providing more than 240,000 shift opportunities to over 165,000 workers and 650 companies across 14 states. Bacon plans to use new funding to hire key team members and expand into 40 more markets over the next 18–24 months. The company started in 2018 and is based in Provo, Utah.

  • Stix Golf

    Stix Golf designs and sells modern, high-performance golf clubs and packaged sets that pair a full set of clubs with a weather-resistant stand bag and headcovers to simplify the buying experience. The company offers three flexes and five heights to provide a personalized fit without formal fittings and uses the same quality materials and processes as mainstream brands at roughly half the price. Stix emphasizes minimalist design—an all-black finish with a red functional accent—and its design recently won a Red Dot award. The business sells direct-to-consumer and has expanded into brick-and-mortar retailers including PGA TOUR Superstore, Target, and Scheels. Stix recently closed a $10 million Series A financing to support scaling amid strong consumer demand and broader industry growth. The company has also added leadership and advisory hires to support expansion, including a Head of Product, Head of Operations, CMO, VP of Finance, and VP of Sales.

The platform helps customers gain control over multiple sources of digital information, build complete visibility into all aspects of their project portfolio, and continually adapt project plans. It uses a patented project diagram architecture called the "Project Map" and is evolving capabilities to optimize project intake, risk assessment, prioritization, and business analysis. Proggio offers an open API and native integrations with Jira, Slack, Teams, and Microsoft and Google application suites. Led by CEO Yaniv Shor, the company aims to accelerate digital transformation in a segment that largely relies on spreadsheets and presentations. The company raised financing to support growth and product strengthening efforts in the enterprise segment and the United States. Proggio offers a visual project management platform built around a patented "Projectmap" diagram that creates clear visual timelines with integrated team task management. The solution provides tailored interfaces for executives, project managers, team leaders and team members, with live updates that propagate changes through the same dataset. It includes novel input methods and in-context project discussion features. Since its Beta launch in 2017 the company has grown its customer base and is managing thousands of projects worldwide, with customers making over 300,000 project changes monthly. Proggio plans to use recent funding to refine product-market fit, accelerate development and build its acquisition engine. The company competes with traditional Gantt-based tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheets.

    HacWare offers a service that integrates with Google Workspace and Office 365 to automate phishing simulations, deliver cybersecurity training, and coach employees to spot inbox-based threats. The product emphasizes adaptive, low-friction training designed not to disrupt day-to-day work and includes an API and developer network for integrations with internal apps and HR platforms. Founder Tiffany Ricks, a former ethical hacker, grew the product by reinvesting revenues and committing to rapid feature releases. HacWare paused its earlier seed raise after appearing at TechCrunch Battlefield in 2020 and refocused on product development. The company plans to use new funding to expand its engineering and sales teams and broaden its developer network to ease integrations. The goal is to reduce identity theft and phishing risk for distributed and global workforces.
