The company is based in San Francisco and was founded by Giorgi Koreli and Nika Koreli. Hinkal Protocol is a decentralized privacy protocol focused on privacy and compliance for DeFi users. The protocol has been deployed on the mainnets of six EVM chains. It implements stealth addresses, shielded pools, and decentralized identifiers (DID) to achieve low privacy costs and high compliance levels for mature DeFi traders. The protocol targets matured DeFi traders who require both privacy and regulatory-friendly controls. Financially, Hinkal completed a $4.1 million financing round led by Draper Associates.
