Founded by two Wall Street professionals in 2002 with the goal of making companies successful by helping them raise capital and improve their management standards. This was done by taking an active role in running these companies (at the Board level and operationally) and helping to secure strategic partnerships. Over USD 100 million in assets generated from successful investments in China, and more recently in Europe. All invested funds come from our partners; no 3rd party money is managed. Since the partners are investing their own capital, they are dedicated to making their investments successful. Led by Monita Mo, one of the founders and a serial entrepreneur. Our partners have decades of experience across a wide range of industries and geographical regions. All investment partners have done business in Asia and bring an extensive network of contacts for our investments. Additionally, they have started, managed, and sold businesses and understand the challenges involved. Founded in 2021, Pionix builds on the open-source EVerest stack to provide engineering services, Pionix Cloud software, and ChargeBridge hardware that seamlessly connect charger manufacturers, operators, automakers, and fleets. Its technology targets the industry’s 25 % charging-session error rate by replacing fragmented proprietary systems with an interoperable framework. EVerest has grown into one of cleantech’s largest open-source collaborations, attracting roughly 600 contributors from more than 70 organizations and already powering hundreds of thousands of chargers worldwide. Pionix generates revenue by offering modular enterprise products and services that simplify charger development, integration, and operation. The company plans to expand both its commercial offerings and the open-source community, ensuring long-term compatibility and faster innovation across the EV-charging ecosystem. Fresh capital will fund product scaling, cloud and hardware roll-outs, and deeper engagement with the EVerest contributor base. No other financial metrics were disclosed beyond the latest fund-raise.

Piur Imaging develops Piur tUS Infinity, a vendor-independent AI-driven tomographic 3D ultrasound solution that captures large regions of interest as high-resolution 3D volumes and offers semi-automatic clinical data analysis. The company claims its technology reduces inter- and intra-observer variability and can provide volumetric measurements where existing 2D ultrasound approaches only estimate. Piur has established distribution partnerships with industry players in nuclear medicine and ultrasound to deploy its solution. With the Series A funding it plans to rework and relaunch a major software update and a second-generation sensor to improve usability and performance. The company will also expand its commercial team and user base and scale in Germany, Italy, Spain, and France while initiating initial sales in the USA. Piur was founded in 2014 in Vienna by Frederik Bender and Robert Bauer.
