FleetOps operates a freight marketplace that matches truck drivers with shipment opportunities using vehicle data and artificial intelligence. The company secures the driver side of its marketplace via white-labelled integrations with electronic logging device (ELD) providers and partners with enterprise-level brokerages to secure shipments. FleetOps aggregates large datasets to produce advanced algorithms that make recommendations to drivers and fleets. It also offers additional services to drivers, dispatchers, and freight brokerages to help them run their businesses. FleetOps raised $6M in seed funding and intends to use the proceeds to further deploy its technology and proprietary dataset to brokerages around the globe. The company announced new partnerships with Loadsmart, project44, and Shipwell. FleetOps offers a fleet tracking intelligence platform enabling businesses to take orders on route, track hours of service, and monitor GPS and speed events for drivers. The company was one of three winners of the Fundica Roadshow grand finale and received a $200,000 equity investment provided by Panache Ventures and BCF Ventures. The Fundica Roadshow grand finale featured 10 startups pitching for a $500,000 equity investment award powered by Panache Ventures. Finalists were selected after pitch events held in Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver. The other two winners, Lumen5 and Invivo.AI, each also received $200,000.
