  • Walden Robotics

    Participated · Seed · Jul 2026

Walden Robotics develops and deploys general-purpose robots powered by Large Behavior Models and other Physical AI advances to perform useful work in manufacturing, logistics, and other industries. Founded in 2026 and launched out of Toyota Research Institute, the company combines foundational robotics research with in-house operations teams to bring robots into production environments. Walden reports that its robots have been operating in production at a Toyota plant in North America since February, progressing from pilot to real work in under two months. The company has strategic partnerships across automotive, aerospace, semiconductors, electronics, logistics, and life sciences and emphasizes human-centered deployment where robots work side-by-side with people. Walden’s stated plans center on scaling commercial deployments and continuous on-the-job learning to improve capabilities over time. Financially, the company announced a $300 million seed round at a $1.1 billion valuation led by Toyota and Deviation Capital, providing capital to support its launch and customer expansion.

  • Flux

    Led · Equity · Jun 2026

Flux provides a code-first engineering intelligence platform that analyzes source code and code changes to reveal what engineering teams are actually building, surface risk and technical debt, and connect engineering activity to business outcomes. The company positions its platform as a system of record for engineering leaders to understand value from AI, shifts in work types, and emerging issues before they become incidents. Flux highlighted a customer example, Cobalt, where its work-type charts quantified a shift from maintenance to feature delivery that informed finance decisions. CEO and founder Ted Julian framed the product as enabling leaders to lean into AI with visibility tied to the code itself. Flux plans to use the newly raised $5 million to deepen AI analysis, expand capabilities around cost, quality, security and technical debt, and to grow its go-to-market and engineering teams. The company announced the raise from its Boston location.

  • Grid Aero

    Participated · Series A · Jan 2026

Founded in 2024, Grid Aero designs and manufactures uncrewed, ultra-simple airframes paired with advanced autonomous systems, enabling thousands of pounds of cargo to be flown thousands of miles from austere or degraded locations. The company’s flagship platform, the Lifter Lite, targets defense ‘contested logistics’ missions but is also attracting commercial and humanitarian interest through partnerships with Everts Air and Aviation Without Borders. By offering scalable, persistent logistics and sensing capabilities at a fraction of the cost of legacy systems, Grid Aero aims to build a smarter, distributed global logistics network. The newly raised capital will transition Lifter Lite from prototype testing to operational deployments and major exercises. Grid Aero emphasizes speed of execution, having built and flown its aircraft in less than 18 months. While specific revenue or user metrics were not disclosed, the company highlights growing demand across defense, remote, and humanitarian sectors. The Series A funding underscores investor confidence in Grid Aero’s ability to rapidly field autonomous airlift solutions.

  • Vibranium Labs

    Led · Seed · Sep 2025

Vibranium Labs develops Vibe AI, an agentic AI Site Reliability Engineer that integrates with existing incident management tools to continuously monitor infrastructure, surface root-cause insights, and recommend fixes before human engineers intervene. The platform claims to cut mean time to resolution by up to 85 % for Fortune 1000 and other mission-critical customers across finance, healthcare, media, e-commerce, and defense. Vibe AI aggregates data from fragmented logs, dashboards, and tickets to deliver proactive incident response and protect revenue, customer trust, and engineering productivity. The company was named an inaugural AWS agentic AI partner, joining firms such as Salesforce and Splunk in the marketplace. Headquartered in New York City, Vibranium Labs intends to use new capital to expand engineering and go-to-market teams and to deepen industry partnerships where downtime is unacceptable. Backers include Calibrate Ventures, Mirae Asset, a16z, Franklin Templeton, Plug and Play, Gaingels, Wildcard Capital, FalconX, and DCG. The $4.6 million seed round brings the company’s total known funding to that amount, positioning it to scale product innovation and enterprise reach.
