PriyoShop operates a B2B retail marketplace focused on procurement and supply-chain digitization for MSMEs across Bangladesh. The company offers an asset-light marketplace model with next-day delivery, digitized logistics support, and full-stack digital infrastructure for brands and suppliers. PriyoShop says its platform helps small businesses secure competitive prices, manage inventory, and boost profit margins. The company reports roughly 55,000 merchants on its platform and aims to positively impact over one million merchants in the coming year. PriyoShop plans to use recent funding to launch innovative retail supply-chain solutions, expand market penetration and geographic reach, and improve its technology infrastructure. It also intends to introduce financing services to better serve MSMEs and retail partners. PriyoShop operates a digital marketplace that connects brands and suppliers with small merchants and consumers, and has built a strong brand presence and last-mile distribution network by working with small retailers. The platform currently makes over 4,000 deliveries per day to 64 districts, a 100% increase from about 2,000 pre-pandemic. PriyoShop plans to use the new funding to scale operations, improve e-commerce supply-chain management, and encourage micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and rural entrepreneurs to go digital. Specific initiatives include facilitating the shift online for handloom sari weavers in Tangail and improving access to e-commerce in rural areas. The company emphasizes bridging the digital divide and accelerating e-commerce adoption across Bangladesh.

ZenOwn offers a post-purchase product management platform aimed at improving registration and engagement for retailers, brands and consumers. The company reports registration rates 4–10x higher than industry standard and is working with 26 leading companies across Europe and the US, including three of the top 100 global consumer brands. ZenOwn built a ground‑breaking embedded insurance solution in cooperation with leading European insurance groups and insurtechs that enables consumers to purchase product protection in less than 90 seconds. The product was developed in stealth and will initially launch in Germany and Switzerland, with plans to expand across Europe over the next two years. The startup says it launched its B2B2C offering in 2022 after an earlier B2C phase and currently has more than 400 stores on a waiting list ahead of the launch. The company closed an oversubscribed post‑seed round backed by a group of investors and angels to scale its post‑purchase solutions. ZenOwn offers a mobile app that lets users scan receipts to identify purchased products and access post-purchase services such as warranty claims, reminders, tutorials, user manuals, insurance, repairs and resale/give-away options. Founded in 2019, the platform targets brands, retailers, insurance partners and service providers to build lasting consumer relationships through a shared post-purchase experience. The startup reports over 10,000 users who have scanned more than 5,000 receipts across Switzerland, Germany and Western Europe. ZenOwn has signed agreements with 12 brands (including Equa, Goat Story, w’air and two of the top-100 consumer goods companies) and works with insurers such as Lings by Generali in Switzerland. Collaborations with service companies like Mila and four leading European fintechs support its product and distribution strategy. The company is participating in two Plug & Play accelerators in Munich and plans to expand its feature set and European presence while growing its team.
